La peor experiencia la tuvimos hoy en éste lugar. Mi hija tenía una cita para las 3:15 PM., al llegar ahí nos dijeron que no, que ella no tenía cita e incluso mi hija llamó a la central y le dijeron que no podían hacer nada! Increíble el trato de la señora en la recepción, mínimo era la dueña, un trato súper grosero!!! Al final dijo que total porque no tenían muestras de lentes de contacto y salimos del lugar, me devolví a preguntar algo y ya la puerta tenía seguro, o sea, el punto era que se querían ir temprano! Pero ahí jamás en la vida volvemos ni tampoco le recomendaría el lugar a algún amigo oh familiar.

Very difficult to communicate with staff when they put you on hold long enough for you to hang up, call gets disconnected, no one returns your phone call.

Took my my elder father to an appointment at the kissimmee location was a mess only one person at the desk A lady came to the front and had a nasty conversation with the front desk guy and miss treat another patient when she took my father to the back she got an attitude with me as well. I call her out and he got mad, by the time we finish with the appointment, CLAUDIA run outside and shout at me that I didn't know who I was messing with, that she have my number and my address, I immediately report her to Kristen Peek, who engage in an argument defending her even when Claudia admitted coming after me. This place is horrible and the employees are worse.

They scheduled my mom during their lunch time, they also cancelled the appointment without letting us know. The surgeon not taking any patients because she is leaving and the office scheduled us for kissimmee. This is not a customer oriented culture.

Excellent service

This place is not as busy as the main Magruder downtown. My experience great for me was not only the whole staff but Anthony at the front desk, they must have him traveling all over magruder locations, he really knows his stuff about insurance and billing and he informs everyone of how their insurance works for them. The staff at lake Nona are very efficient, they really try and Anthony really makes a great first impression at the front desk even if he has 10 people asking him questions at the same time he really does take the time with everyone.

My name is Rebecca, and I brought my husband, Aníbal, to this ophthalmology office. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our appointment in Kissimmee was canceled because their internet was down. The receptionist assured me that she would call me back to reschedule, but that never happened. During that visit, several staff members were laughing among themselves, which made me feel uncomfortable. After waiting nearly two months without hearing from anyone, I called the office myself. I was then told that someone would contact me the following Monday to schedule the appointment, but again, no one called. As a result, we had to wait almost two more months before finally being seen. When we visited the Lake Nona office, most of the staff seemed unfriendly and had poor attitudes. The only person who was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional was the doctor who treated us. She was excellent, and we truly appreciated her care. Would I return to this office? Probably not. The level of customer service was far below what I expected, especially considering the location and reputation of the practice.
