Dr. Shirati is probably the best Urogynecologist in the country. Dr. Katch anesthesiologist. Was truly amazing The staff was fabulous Michel and the other nurse That works with him is also amazing but everybody was amazing. Congratulations about this.

My experience qas mostly positive. Weaknesses are the following: 1. No update information when you are waiting in the IR/Radiology Waiting room. I realize that when you are dealing with many pts things happen, but I waited over 3.5 hours for a 20 minute port insertion. No one came to give me information as to "why" or reassured me I was not "lost" in the system.I was fasting from 12midnight. My 10am procedure time became approximately 3 pm. I had to get up and speak with people at the reception desk to info. There is a lack of enough furniture for sitting in the waiting area. No one was wearing a mask staff and pt or friends. With COVID and the flu being armpit I would have expected signs requesting masks and hand sanitizer stations be present for pt safety as well as your staff. The people who took care of me were excellent. There is more, but, I'm very tired.

A great process of the surgery for me. Every person that helped me was so nice, careful and patient!! The whole area that I was able to see was so clean, well organized, well planned for every step of the process!!! No doubt that if I ever have to go to a hospital, I will to Babtist Regional!!!! Thank you very much!!!
