The 5 star Google reviews for this place are coerced. AFC offers discounts on future visits for 5 star reviews. No one cares at this place and it shows. Rude front-end staff, rude back-end staff and the providers lack critical real-world experience. Filty building and even worse language from staff.

I would recommend AFC urgent care. They are very knowledgeable and service was excellent. They are very efficient and wait time was very short

This is definitely a five star urgent care. The lady at check-in was super friendly. The nurse was very professional. The doctor was very caring and concerned and after running tests, sent me on to the ER. I would highly recommend.

The woman who took my vitals was extremely rude. This is my second visit here and have not been treated kindly or with basic respect.

3 stars for the friendly staff once taken back and care from that point on. My issues is with the front desk- Immediately as we checked in, she was unfriendly and dismissive. My husband was frustrated with the copay and he was asking questions to further understand their policies when she said “oh my god” to him because she was annoyed. She then proceeded to have an attitude with him and acted like a victim when he called her out on on. From other reviews, it’s obvious this isn’t the first time with her rudeness. Unfortunately, this was enough that I wouldn’t go back or recommend them to anyone.
