List of Afc Urgent Care's Reviews
This place is the best urgent care around. I have been here a few times as well as my children. Everyone is friendly. They are so good with my autistic child as well. It's nice to have good quality care around here.
The wait was less than 20 minutes and everyone was very friendly. Overall good experience.
I felt a gradually building up of earwax in both my ears over past year. I went to this clinic to have the earwax removed 2/23/25 at 12:00 PM. They did an ear flushing. My left ear felt somewhat better, but immediately my right ear was significantly worse and felt different than before. The doctor and nurse also acted very weird upon completing the procedure. The nurse finished my procedure, and immediately upon viewing my right ear left the room and never came back. The doctor viewed my ear and said there was still some stuff in my ear, but they were going to leave it in there. The doctor said the nurse would come back in to clean me up, but never did. I still had a bunch of medical clothes and PPE on me and then the receptionist came in and told me I could leave. I then contacted an ENT who examined my right ear and sent me off to get tested by an audiologist. The audiologist confirmed that there was a new blockage in my ear, not earwax, but fluid behind my ear drum, very likely from the ear flushing. I received no paperwork explaining risks of an ear flushing prior to this ear flushing procedure, and now I am looking at $1,456.00 to $7,100.00 to undue the consequence of this clinic's poor communication and poor care (I highly doubt an ear flushing, a very common procedure, when done properly, would result in my now ear canal fluid blockage). I will leave it up to the reader to decide if they think this clinic caused my problem, but I was generally okay before entering this clinic and immediately I felt worse and different upon leaving. My main question is now, what will this clinic and company do to make the situation right? No one can just, all of a sudden, afford $1,400.00 to $7,100.00 in medical expenses because someone did their job poorly. I'm not trying to degrade this clinic, but just provide an honest accounting of what happened to me. The place was clean and besides the interactions after my treatment, the staff was nice and courteous.

friendly, quick and great with my grandson!
Super nice very organized! That was a great start, then great
Went to this urgent care because they offered on site labs and X-rays. Explained my flulike symptoms and cough. No swabs or labs drawn and no X-rays “available” that day. Provider told me my lung sounds were clear, and gave me a script for a chest X-ray and I was charged $50. Got my chest X-ray which was sent to my PCP. Bilateral pneumonia. Wouldn’t recommend this urgent care
Great urgent care experience. Professional and fast.
Everyone was great. They all were very patient and understanding. Sometimes you get attitude from those behind the desk, but everyone was very welcoming, which is very much appreciated when you don’t feel very good to begin with so thank you.
If you want Organized, Clean, Professional and a caring group of staff and Drs go here! I had such a pleasant experience. Dr Sammy was great! She listened to everything I had to say, didn’t rush me gave me an exam diagnosed me and sent me back with a prescription! Organization pays off.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
