Very non rushed atmosphere. As a first time patient I was picking my Medicare Primary Care Provider. Renee listened to all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Beverly Encarnacion for around 4 years . She is very unprofessional she is very rude, very judgemental, doesn't show any form of respect or decency and in my opinion a hypocrite. She doesn't listen to your concerns she is only concerned with her personal opinion and not that of a professional nature . I would strongly recommend you read her reviews i have personally been in her office on numerous occasions hearing her yelling and being disrespectful to her patients as well as myself .She tells you to take medication without properly explaining either she doesn't have knowledge of or doesn't care because it's you and not her. She doesn't refill prescriptions in a timely manner i went a day and a half without blood pressure medication after asking for refilldays prior .How Max health can overlook the views of so many complaints should make them just as liable .I would strongly recommend NOT seeing this doctor your health will depend on it. She provides a disservice to the public...

Very rude to Stockton Beverly incarnation people run she made me walk around with 104 fever I had the flu she's very rude the whole staff is I wouldn't suggest her Beverly incarnation and done eating on main Street

MaxHealth - Dr Sanchez - Lakeland, FL If you want to see a Dr for many issues and you need his help and nothing is getting better but worse and he RELEASES you because you've had to reschedule some appointments due to your pain level being 20+, it really boggles your mind. Don't even ask for pain meds for some relief, you'll walk out with naproxen and a muscle relaxer that doesn't touch your pain. He's the kind of guy that sees you at his practice, doesn't even ask you why you are now with crutches and then the next morning has his office manager Rosa, call to say you are being RELEASED and cannot come there any longer. A doctor that cannot talk to his still patient at that time, says a lot to me. I will take the good review I wrote in the very beginning on google and replace it with this one. If you're looking for a KIND, CARING Dr., don't go to Jose Sanchez Ojeda, MD at MaxHealth on Griffin Road in Lakeland, Florida, because he's not it. What he did was not right and caused more stress in starting over again. I think he forgot the OATH he took to help people. He didn't help me, he hurt me. No patient deserves that because of some rescheduled appointments. He was my Dr, shouldn't he have known or asked why? Please go somewhere else.

Don't go here,especially if you have an HMO insurance. This practice only worries about kick backs from other doctors instead of the health of the patient. The girl Noel is nasty and rude and seems to run the office. She wouldn't give me a referral for a doctor even though he's in my network,and was approved before my doctor E's office.When I questioned her about it she told me to change my doctor. I told her to have Doctor E call me but haven't heard from her yet. I started making official complaints against this office because my insurance company said they are wrong and I should report them. Humana said they will also file an investigation,because they were wrong to treat me like this. UPDATE: Jan,2025. I never received a call from Dr E.With all these bad reviews you would think Max Health would do something about this office. It is giving them a bad name. I also noticed Max Health gives the same answer to every bad review,but nothing is done to improve it

I love the Max Health office I go to with Dr.Capri is the GREATEST. Highly recommend.The whole office is extremely helpful and caring .I feel like my concerns were all addressed

I have been going to Dr Encarncion’s office For years and I never like seeing her and I was reminded today why. I usually see her nurse practitioners who I have loved Miss Tina Mr. Scott, Chelsea, but they’ve all left probably because she was rude to them too. She knows nothing about menopause. She knows nothing about hormones. She knows nothing about medications and she’s so rude. She’s only in it money. She’s not in it to help her patients. Do not go to her.!! And girls in the office don’t even respond to this because you know she’s rude! And yes, I’ll be switching doctors. It’s just so hard to find doctors around here, but I’ve had enough.
