The staff's slowness and laziness are notorious. I have a blood disorder that requires me to come in twice a week. The delays in appointments for a simple blood test last from 45 minutes to an hour or more. Unacceptable!

If you want to have your chemo and sit alone this is the place for you. No family member, friend or caregiver are allowed to be with you because there is no room to have anyone with you. Patients should be informed of this beforehand.

Doctors and staff are very friendly and professional, BUT as far as billing and medical records go there is a lot to be desired. In the 5yrs I've been dealing with my cancer I've never had such a problem with obtaining my scan reports as I have since I 've been going to Sylvester the last 6 months. I travel there so it's not like I can just swing by and pick it up and they CHARGE you to mail it when or if you get it.
