I called to schedule an appointments and I get out on hold for over 20 minutes or they said they are close at 4:20pm. No one answers or follow through with calling back!! It’s very frustrating call this location.

Have been a patient of Dr. Barreras for almost 30 years with a blood disorder. I go monthly for labs, then usually have to return in a few days for a phlebotomy. Went last month and after the lab work, heard nothing. Called the office and learned Dr. Barreras had retired over a moth ago and that the PA would call me. After 3 more calls I finally spoke with the PA who surprisingly told me that no phlebotomy was needed and that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment for labs. Now 2 weeks later I finally receive a call telling me I need a phlebotomy. The problem is not with the staff, as they were great (5 Stars) but with management. Most patients are being treated for cancer and should not be ignored like I was. Needless to say I am no longer a patient.

I am so grateful with Dr Barreras and his Team, Angie and Elba. I am alive thanks to them. Dr Barrera assertiveness in my treatment of a sudden “cancer attack” save me and give me a life extension. Thanks. Love you. You are wonderful human beings!

My wife ( retired Healthcare professional) and myself cannot express how grateful we are for Dr Luis and his staff for guiding, treating and navigating my journey with a cancer diagnosis 4 years ago. Here I am....still seeing him and without a doubt...the best MD I have had in my 72 years. RESPECT.
