absolutely the worst people to try to deal with as far as getting in touch with the doctor or the pharmacy they direct you to leave a voicemail or to text them and then they promptly ignore the voicemails or texts you will never get a response back finally had to go through my insurance company to get a hold of anybody about a urgent prescription
Office is a little unorganized. I had an appt last week. Came in and told me that my lab work was not finished and would need to reschedule. You would think they would call before my appt to let me know. Also wait time is pretty long. Appt today was for 3:30, now almost 5pm and still waiting.
Other offices might be different, but I don't recommend going to the Santa Ana office with Dr. Sapra. We waited for over an hour in the consultation room and he never showed up. We ended up leaving. Patients deserve better care than this. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
The most disorganized clinic I've ever had the displeasure of contacting. Constantly changing pricing, no one ever had a single clue what's going on, doctors changing and leaving constantly.
I love my specialist for been so up front and care for his patients.
so far...so good... we'll see...
My MD started off strong and caring, but soon became less and less interested or responsive to the management of the medication I must take for the rest of my life. “Black Box Meds” are supposed to be diligently managed by a physician. This MD gave me excuses about his personal life starting with he “just bought a new house,” next: “Busy with too many patients,” and now: “Oh, I’m moving and leaving the practice.” — So when we’re you going to tell me and transfer my care?? Saying he’s ordering tests then sending my HIPAA Protected information to THE WRONG PLACE! Not returning calls or emails as he previously did — and told me to “email me results so I can manage your care.” — But he never responds. I don’t believe this MD is dependable or reliable. If this place has him working with them, who knows how any of the other MDs are just like him?
Dr. Kim was really good. Explained everything to me was very informative. Made me feel comfortable. Front office were nice.
😃Dr.Anil Raiker MD.,intelligent, very kind w.patients,polite. The employees are very smart and doing a very good job. James and Traci are doing a very good job and friendly too!!!! It is a pleasure to be in this office!!!!!
A "MUST " is to further have all your employees be properly trained from the Front Up.....Crappy system.. I just pity those wonderful Providers working under this company...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
