My wife is pregnant and the staff at the front desk is very rude and I was not allowed to wait with my wife in the waiting room because as they recall “for the health and safety of the staff”, nonsense.

My daughter asked me to accompany her to an appointment for results of biopsy. I traveled from Tennessee to go to appointment with her. Medical assistant would not allow me to go back. Said only OB patients could have someone in room yet I saw older gentleman accompany his wife. Last complaint, the furniture in lobby looked worn out and dirty.

UPDATE. They did it again - billed my daughter up front for 199.00. EOB came back at 133.00. The billing manager tried lying to me and telling me they always true up the charges. It's been 3 months. Going to turn them into my insurance company for up coding. And find a new office.

Just lost me and my daughter as a patient! First, at the Ocoee location I paid my deductible online as and when I got to my appointment they could not find it so I had to pay again “until they could find it” and then they would credit me for my next visit. Next visit comes and they cannot find the credit so my husband had to spend almost a whole hour with front desk until we had to call the billing department directly to clarify the issue. Today at this office, my daughter requested an appointment online and she specifically requested for me to be with her as there is a medical condition that she does not know how to explain and is directly related to the consult that we were going to have. When we arrived to the appointment we were told that I was not able to be with her. So now you made us both lose a day of work because the staff did not do their due diligence of reading the appointment notes so nobody called us ahead of time to let us know that I could not be with her at the appointment. I explained this to the lady at the front desk to no avail so we left because the whole point of this appointment was so I could explain a medical condition to the doctor that is affecting my daughter and her current treatment. So we’ll go to a place where they care more about the patient than an “outpatient policy”, are more organized, and communicate with the patient so we don’t lose our time and income because we had to miss work for nothing.
