Same problem with me . After an hours waiting and The dr. Douglas gearity only saw me only 30 second. He just walk to the door and said “ everything look good - I’ll see you 2 more week “ 2 time visit the same problem. He don’t explain anything. And last time I came he come to take my simple on my genital only 10 second and I’m hurting after got home, and I ask him is it boy or girl cause i have a labcorp test before that. he said he dont look on paper yet, and he just leaving . That an lazy doctor I ever seen. Terrible. I don’t recommended you guys with him.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to, which says A LOT considering how bad the Ocoee location was (no wonder they closed). SONIA lacks any customer service skills or experience. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, AND dismissive. I was shocked at how dismissively she treated me, instead of responding professionally with something like, "Ma’am, we’re trying to locate your file. Could you please give us a moment? We’ll be with you shortly." Instead, she rudely waved her hand at me and said in a harsh tone, "She can wait." The ironic part is that I wasn’t even speaking to her; I was checking in with someone else entirely. If this is how you treat people, you should consider a different profession. Sonia's behavior caused me significant emotional distress, which is detrimental to both me and my baby. I have been shaking since I left, scarred by her treatment. I did not deserve to be treated the way she treated me. I am already battling severe depression and anxiety, just trying to put a smile on my face and push through everyday. Sonia’s treatment left me completely traumatized. I am now on my way to the emergency room. You never know what someone is going through; this is why it’s crucial to treat people with the same respect and kindness you would want for yourself. If only, everyone were kinder and treated each other with RESPECT, this world would be a better place. But unfortunately, we have a world full of Sonia’s, making the lives of people, life myself, HARDER!!! You can TRY to have my review removed, but I’ll make sure it stays!!! People need to know how badly this establishment treats their patients!!! Additionally, if you’re a mother without access to a babysitter, don't even consider coming here! They absolutely will not let you in, no matter the circumstance. My boyfriend missed the chance to see his unborn child simply because our son wasn't allowed inside. It's heartbreaking to go through such an important moment without any support, knowing the father is just outside in the parking lot, unable to join because of a strict no-child policy. I've NEVER encountered a doctor who forbids bringing your child to appointments. At other medical offices, I've always been able to bring my son without any issues!

Horrible customer service! The ladies up front are super unprofessional, rude, & entitled!!!!! I was appalled by the treatment!!!!! They DO NOT honor appointments, be prepared to stay 2hrs past your appointment time & have your entire day ruined bc of the delay!!!! Make sure you have nothing else going on after, you won’t make it! Just save the hassle & find a different gynecologist, there are so many others in the area that are so much better than this place. Not only will you get treated like a human being with basic human decency treated,, but they will also HONOR your appointment time!

Dr. Moya put my copper IUD in the perfect place, everybody is super nice and I 100% recommend 🥰 No guests allowed though so keep that in mind if that might affect you 👍🏼

I had a horrible experience with Dr.Gearity, he only saw me for 120 seconds - He literally got in the room and said “I can see you look fine so I’ll see you again in 4 weeks” ON THE FIRST OB VISIT!!!!!! and was dismissive of my concerns , when I mentioned I was having stomach pain, like an ulcer he said “pregnancy will be miserable until 14 weeks so there’s nothing we can do, no medications for this” excuse me? Yes there is! You’re just being too lazy for even using your brain to determine what can help me. My sister is a doctor and she said she knew a medication that could help me after I asked her. He looked so uninterested to even being there. He was in general, unpleasant to deal with and I’m leaving the practice due to his not professional bedside manner. I’m not sure why he feels entitled to this extent to treat patients like this, and being disrespectful of their times and money, as I needed to pay for this so called appointment. Anyway, I recommend staying away from this MD.

La atención fue excelente tanto por parte del personal que atiende como de la Dra Moya

Was billed inappropriately two times in a row from a visit back in August last year. This office is impossible to get a hold of via patient portal messenger and phone. The office manager eventually was able to get in contact with me to help me resolve both bills, but this took over 6 months. Additionally, the provider refused to release my blood work online, so I had to come in the office and pay an additional copay just for her to tell me everything was normal. I won’t be returning, nor would I recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Gearity is amazing. I suffered for six months being passed from doctor to doctor without any of them addressing the issue. I was able to see Dr. Gearity on a Saturday and by Thursday the procedure that I needed six months ago was done. I will recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Moya is good but speaks very fast, even though she ask if I have any questions, I didn't otherwise she would have to repeat all the recomendations
