ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been a patient there for over 7 years and just recently had a bad experience and they gave me the run around to resolve it. I had to keep calling until they finally resolved the issue. Took my daughter there for an appointment and part of the checkup was a sonogram which they had forgotten to schedule. They wanted to squeeze her in, but had to run the benefits through the insurance to determine the cost which came back at $211. I declined because it wasn't an amount I was prepared for, but still wanted to proceed with the follow up with the doctor for some other labs which fell under the regular copay. Two days later upon checking my account as I usually do I see they still charged the payment of the $211 plus the copay. The person at the front desk that day was distracted and trying to take care of multiple things at once which clearly she couldn't. I called the same day that I caught it and Desiree from billing said she had to verify with the office if it was actually done although I think notes should've specified, but I said okay. She agreed to call me back to let me know and of course that did not happen. I had to call back & then she confirmed that it was sent to management for approval. Called Monday all day no one in billing answered the phone not once. I had to result to calling through the appointment line where a manager agreed to call me back, but again did not happen. Called & spoke to different people and not one person created any urgency to resolve the issue and management just sat there on their behind. Had to place a complaint with the better business bureau and sent email to billing, but of course Desiree responded claiming she was still waiting on management. Everything was unprofessional and mishandled. If they were quick to charge and incorrect amount they should use that same energy to refund the money especially since it's not just a $40 copay.

Pior experiência de parto que tive! Sofri violência obstétrica! Na época era o parto do meu primeiro filho, eu não tinha experiência, e a parteira que fez mastigou chiclete o meu parto inteiro, era super grosseira comigo, ameacava tirar a anestesia pq eu não estava “empurrando” o bebê, e acabou no final tirando o bebê com o vácuo! Extremamente grosseira comigo! Foi um trauma meu primeiro parto! Isso foi há 6 anos atrás! Nunca denunciei por falta de conhecimento! Mas hoje sei o que sofri, e espero que nenhuma mãe tenha que passar pelo o q eu passei!

Scheduling nightmare, legal but unethical billing practices, and message me if you want my opinion of a particular male doctor I would not consider fit to provide care to any patient, human or animal.

I have seen 2 years ago by Dr Kelly, Sherra, she was nice and understanding specially because I’m very sensitive in doing pap exam, unfortunately afterwards I couldn’t have a result because apparently it was no sufficient to be analyzed and they called me to have another one, which this time I had to pay for certain amount since insurance didn’t cover all. I didn’t want to go through again. I want to make an appointment with another doctor and called , message repeat again and again to make appointment on line, I want to speak with someone, I don’t like to deal with websites, since I have questions to be answered, that phone number no matter if you call directly to office you want app. It sends you to main number and keep you waiting and waiting and waiting…., no one answered, I was on the line for 23 min. to get to speak to someone and finally system hang up my called. I went to website to make app. as they repeatedly say in system and it says I can’t make app. on line , I have to call. If this is happening now just to make an appointment, what can I expect afterwards in case I need something else to request or fix. Doctors maybe good and nice, but system isn’t, and as I saw few comments that not allowing husband inside and had to wait outside or new born baby not allowed, that’s horrible system and policies from this place, they should make it easier for patients. Never coming back !

We thought this was going to be a great place due to the reviews, however the opposite was true. They force the husband to wait outside the building until the spouse is called. No matter the weather or conditions. I was outside for 40 minutes in 43 degree weather. I finally had enough and went inside to complain. Their answer was “Company Policy” and that, “They are the bottom of the totem pole.” This is unacceptable. This policy needs to change.

This doctors office is horrible!! They don’t have no management to speak with when you have a problem, they had a manager call my phone while I was in the office to speak to me instead of coming out in person!! They don’t allow your new born baby in office when you do a follow up for having the baby, they all express c-seation first which is weird!! The A.A Lohana in the front has been rude my whole time here, rolls her eyes and tells me there is no one for me to talk to beside her!!! How can you be a OB doctors office who don’t allow the new borns, there are single mothers who don’t have no one to help them!! Yall refusing mothers who don’t have babysitters. I can’t believe this!! Will be finding a new office!! Dr Vega and Dr Kelly are good and sweet though but horrible team here!!

Dr. White is a wonderful doctor! I highly recommend you go see her. Location is very convenient and the office staff is very nice. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

I am so grateful to Dr Leigh White, she care about her patients and gives great directions about their care. I will be for ever grateful to her and her practice and recommend her to every woman I know.
