We had such a great experience at this pediatric ENT office today! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The wait time was impressively short—we were seen so quickly, which is rare and very appreciated with kids. The doctor was amazing—thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for quality, compassionate ENT care for their child!

Wait time was good, Friendly atmosphere. Doctor was great and informative. We got everything that needed to be taken care of the same day, including x-rays.

Both of my littles have had all of their ENT surgeries from Dr. Trowbridge, MD She’s a great doctor. I recently had the pleasure of seeing Samantha Hunt, APRN. She was absolutely wonderful and listened to my concerns and answered my questions to the best of her ability. Some questions were things that were only things the doctor could really answer and it was slightly too soon after surgery to even answer them. She came in the room with a big smile, she immediately introduced herself to my daughter and it’s very rare these days to see someone with true compassion for what they do. She definitely made me love this practice more. I was a bit nervous because our previous appointment didn’t go so well with the APRN? I don’t even remember her name but thankfully the actual doctor was there to confirm something I had concerns about. Regardless dr. Trowbridge has done surgery for my son and my daughter and has improved their lives with the surgeries that she’s done. The surgery center in Odessa is always wonderful as well! With my terrible anxiety they managed to calm me and put my mind at ease. Our last nurse was absolutely wonderful when my daughter was waking up from surgery.

Dr. Karempelis is the best of the best!! Almost 2 years post-op and continually impressed and satisfied with the care and attention we’ve received. This practice was the best find at the most desperate time.
