We had such a great experience at this pediatric ENT office today! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The wait time was impressively short—we were seen so quickly, which is rare and very appreciated with kids. The doctor was amazing—thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for quality, compassionate ENT care for their child!

I was recommended by my primary physician for my son to be treated by Dr. Rose Trowbridge. I was very well attended to in the evaluation consultation and operation, but today I had the displeasure of going to the follow-up consultation a month after the operation and I was seen by the nurse. The surgeon never showed up for the consultation. It is a lack of respect for a surgeon who respects himself in following up with his patients. I am a surgeon and I am truly disappointed in the care system. I do not doubt the nurse's ability but I do not believe that she was the person to clear up any doubts I had and the problems. In all care protocols for pediatric or adult patients, in the first appointment after the operation, the surgeon is the one who evaluates.

Acabo de ir a este lugar y la persona que está enfrente fue tan grosera porque no hablo inglés bien me gritó orrible incluso las demás personas en el. Lugar me dijeron que era orrible como me trató ella no quería ni siquiera decirme la fecha de la cita de mi hijo solo decía que me fuera que esa no era la. Oficina que estaba buscando me gritó enfrente de mis hijos y se burlaban porque no hablo bien inglés mi hija. Escucho todo y. Cuando le pregunté su nombre no me lo quiso dar completo el nombre que me dio alethea g dijo que no le importaba si me quejaba que me daba el número para que llamara y me serró la ventanilla es una señora morena y aún así muy racista llore de la vergüenza por el trato de esta persona y mis hijos estaban muy asustados deberían tener gente con más empatía y amable para atender los clientes es un pediatra de niños mis hijos no deberían ver como me tratan tan mal solo por mi idioma
