We came to the office to have my son examined for Earwells due to the folds in both of his ears. Dr Karempelis has amazing customer service skills! The way he took his time and explained everything to us and even the way he spoke to our infant son you can see he loves what he does. We proceeded with the Earwells and after 3 weeks the folds in my ears were gone.

Very easy check in process, and waited a whole 3 minutes. Nurses and Dr. were very sweet and knowledgeable. Most places are getting you in and out, but they take time to answer all your questions and make you child feel comfortable Would recommend to anyone!

Went in to have my son’s tongue tie corrected. I was very pleased with the staff, the doctor and how fast the procedure took. Everyone was very professional, friendly & caring. I will definitely come back here if my son ever needs to be seen by an ENT again.
