Don’t waste your time with this place. Blanca at the front desk was very nice but everyone else was rude. They charge $200 just to walk in the door. Melinda, the PA was very rude and didn’t listen to a word I said. I essentially was charged $400+ to be told to buy an OTC medicine. They’re pushing expensive treatments to make money. Stay away.

I had a hearing test and met with a doctor. Both the audiologist and the doctor were fantastic and I had no complaints there. However, the time between the test and seeing the doctor was 1.5 hours. I lived 5 minutes away and could have left and come back but instead I was sat in a small room and watched people come and go. I don’t know how things are scheduled internally here but it either needs to be fixed to be closer together or they should communicate with the patient. Very frustrating and a waste time even for a good provider.

Very nice and professional until insurance said out of network for hearing aids ,this morning appointment with me 4/18 was xld .IHad to go pick up myesults had to have John at innovative hearing explain my results and make recommendations . I had great expereice with the doctor there and highly recommend them .

PA ENT Robert Carr was phenomenal and made me feel heard and understood. His bedside manner is definitely the best I have seen from a provider in honestly years. As someone who spends a lot of time at the doctors with a toddler in daycare, and my own medical issues, it was refreshing to know there are still providers out there who care and take the time to get to hear the patients concerns and adapt based on their needs.

Great office and group of staff. They are very nice and flexible with anything from scheduling to running late to a weekly allergy shot. Appreciate them taking good care of me and others that I run into at their office in south Tampa.
