Called to ask a question and immediately was put on hold with no type of greeting to acknowledge my call. Was on hold 10 minutes before hanging up.

Doctors are good but one particular nurse was very rude to my kid I guess my kid drop something in the lobby and now I'm banned from all practices that's pretty pathetic spread the word. I should have seen the reviews before I even entered the building I wonder why there two star.I know the doctor only saw my anger but he didn't see the other side of it what a shame.

I was very disappointed with my Dr in this office and the administrative people. They ignored me when I told them how to process a charge for an analysis done at the office and then I ended paying the consequences. Only answer I got for a problem in my throat was to get allergic shots. Not good
