Florida E.N.T. & Allergy's Online Review Report Card

I recently visited Florida ENT & Allergy for a hearing test and had an outstanding experience. I chose this office because I remembered Dr. Agnello from a previous post-surgery follow-up. He is warm, personable, and to my surprise, remembered me from earlier visits—which speaks volumes about his care and attentiveness. The team conducting my hearing test was exceptionally friendly, thorough in their explanations, and made the entire process comfortable. The handoff to Dr. Agnello was seamless, and he clearly explained my results from his clinical perspective. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone in need of ENT care.

Stay away. They cancel your shot at the last minute

If you seek empathy and reliable care then look elsewhere. I tried giving this facility multiple opportunities to make up to the lack of care and they failed me in every attempt. Dr. Nofsinger and her physician assistant are great but the staff there lack communication and their phone etiquette needs major improvement. As for their clinic supervisor and cooperate supervisor my advice to you both is to do better as for your commitment in following through with patient’s concerns. You failed on your words as well.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!! My son has been having breathing issues since he was two weeks old. He is now 2 I struggle most nights to sleep because I worry about his breathing our pediatrician. Referred us to Florida ENT and allergy. We had to wait two weeks for the appointment and then closer to the appointment. Get a call saying that the doctor may not even be able to see him because he’s not a pediatric specialist, but yet this is what they label themselves as so we reschedule Drive an hour out of the way to get there struggle to find the building we called twice for help with no answer just for us to get there and have them tell us that they need to reschedule our appointment for being 15 minutes late Would we have had better communication from the staff This would’ve never happened the staff is completely rude and if you care anything about your kids, I wouldn’t send them here. They do not care about you.

Hice una cita y todo bien hasta que tuve que llenar la información personal, donde ademas del copago de 60 dolares añaden adicional 45 dolares sin razón. Lo considero abusivo para primera cita donde solo te van a ver sin tratamiento. Viendo la información donde uno tiene que dar consentimiento ellos no se aseguran que verificaran con el plan medico si cubre los tratamientos haciendo esto una trampa para cobrarte demas. No recomiendo este lugar.

Friendly and professional across the board. Very knowledgeable and attentive.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Jacob Poynter — he was attentive, caring, and professional throughout my appointment. I truly appreciated the quality of care he provided. However, I do want to warn other patients about the billing practices at this office. When I called to make my appointment, I let them know I have two insurances, but no one informed me that their billing department refuses to bill secondary insurance. They only bill the primary, and you’re expected to pay everything else up front — aggressively, I might add — including any co-pays or remaining fees, without any prior notice of the actual amount. When I showed up for my visit, I was told I owed a $60 co-pay and an additional $261, which most likely would have been covered by my second insurance. Fortunately, I had my FSA card with me, but not everyone would be prepared to cover unexpected costs on the spot. This lack of transparency made the billing experience extremely frustrating. Great doctor, if you are willing to pay book him so it’s worth the expense — but the billing process left a lot to be desired. I would have appreciated clearer communication ahead of time.

I got into my appt to see Dr Agnello within a week which for new patients now a days just seems to not happen. Everyone was exceptionally nice and professional. Dr Agnello took his time working on my ears and explaining thoroughly what was happening and potential causes of loss of hearing. Dr Canale and Beth her assistant did a fantastic job with the audio hearing exam very unassuming and created a friendly and relaxing environment and thoroughly explaining options and process for potentially new hearing aids needed. Everyone not only welcomed myself but my wife as well including her in the conversations. This was by far one of the best doctor visits and experience I've had. If you have need for an E.N.T. then Florida E.N.T. and Allergy is an awesome option and experience.
