I’ve called three times for them to send me my prescription. It’s been a whole week and they keep saying they will send it. I broke my glasses and I have a newborn I have to drive to the doctors every week and I need my prescription to buy new glasses to drive her safely and these people don’t seem to care. Terrible costumer service here.

Son lentos, super lentos y mega lentos...la cita de mí esposa era para las 12:30 y salimos a las 3:15, mientras observaba como se pasaban de un lado para el otro chequeando sus redes sociales y hablando de todo menos del trabajo....pronto viene la mía, ya les dejaré saber...🤷🏻

ive been here 3 times, Javier was always the one who assisted me in my orders, and my warranty, yes the staff is mostly Spanish speaking but they are English speaking people in that location, ill go back

The people there were very helpful but my issue is with the delivery of my order by being disabled it's hard for me to come and go to pick up my glasses and the Lab takes forever to have them done it wish you had a get your glasses the same day service and what's up with the phone system now it goes through and answering service instead of directly to the store this is the reasons I'm only giving 3 stars instead of 5.
