My review is long overdue! I went to three different Botox injectors before finding Kevin, and I’m so glad I did. I first experienced his work at Blue Med and literally tracked him down when he moved to Aya—that’s how amazing he is! Kevin has such gentle hands, truly listens to my concerns, and keeps my face snatched with minimal to no bruising afterward. As a Black woman, I also appreciate how knowledgeable and careful he is with different skin tones. I've had botox and laugh line fillers done by him. I trust Kevin completely and will follow him wherever he goes (in ATL)…cause he's that good!!!

It’s interesting that they have the only one black person posted last on their brochure!! That tells you everything that you need to know.. one , it’s saying that they are not that diverse enough to have different cultures.. why would you have a black person last on your pamphlet?? And two it’s saying that different cultures other than white, are thought about lastly… I think we’re going to look for another office… ppl should be more mindful of their advertising..

Kevin is absolutely AMAZING! He did my Botox treatment for my underarms, and the results are truly life-changing. He made the process comfortable, professional, and easy from start to finish. I can’t thank him enough for the confidence and relief this has given me. If you’re considering treatment, I highly recommend Kevin — his skill and care are unmatched!

I had three Microneedling sessions done here. That’s when I first started doing, looking back they were definitely not thorough with it. Left out a lot of area. They also do not tell you how deep they’re going and was certainly not going deep enough. Comparable prices to a lot of other luxury medspa in the area with much better service and overall experience.

I have been a client of Amanda Thomas for about 8 years at the AYA - Colony Square location. She is AMAZING ! She is very knowledgeable about products, and. all laser treatments. I always do 2 HALO laser treatments and 2 BBL laser treatments in the fall/winter months and micro needling and Moxi laseri during the spring to summer months. Even though I am fit, I still have a few areas of concerns so I splurged on the CoolSculpting treatments which gave me amazing results. The best thing about Amanda is that she listens and invest time to understand my skin to provide a customized treatment. AYA colony square is also known for their great injector Kevin. He is very artistic and has a great eye for giving the best natural look. My lips always look so natural and facial filler is always on point. Lastly the front staff…. Stacey is generally there when I go for my appointments. She is very knowledgeable about products and treatments. She is very professional and I always feel like she provides the best concierge service.

I would follow Kevin anywhere! He’s my absolute face guru. Very personalized approach 💫 1000% natural look. Highest recommendations possible. 👏

If you are looking for the best in Atlanta, go to Kevin! I’ve been going to him for years and it’s always perfect/natural. I needed more on one side of my forehead the first month of getting injected and he got me in immediately and added/corrected for free! No one does that, he is truly the best in Atlanta!

If you’re looking for the best injector around you have to go see Kevin. He’s knowledgeable, gentle and will be real with you if you’re trying to do too much (aren’t we all a little guilty). He’s seriously so good at what he does and takes time to listen to you before he starts. I also love the process transparency. He always tells me the cost beforehand so I’m not surprised at the front desk. The med spa overall is very nice. Reception was kind and helpful, the place was clean (very clean) and it was very relaxing. I’ll continue to go here and send everyone I know.

I was excited to go there because they are closer to the place that I have been going for the past four years so I decided to try them. The products are horrible because after three weeks, you could see the lines on my forehead. And I’m not talking about a line here or there. You could see all the lines on the forehead like you never got The Botox. When I contacted them, they said I could come back and pay extra but the point is I have been getting the same thing done at another Place and when is my appointment time in three months for the next treatment, you barely see any lines but with this place in three weeks almost all the lines were there and they wanted me to pay extra to get it right. So the product they use they don’t last and they’re not good quality if the lines come back in three weeks. And I’m not happy with a Customer Service at all
