I had a wonderful experience at AYA at Northside in ATL for my BBL facial laser treatment. Mary, the esthetician, was amazing from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and my skin already looks and feels so much better. You can really tell she loves what she does and cares about her clients. Highly recommend seeing Mary if you’re considering BBL or any skincare treatments!

See pictures after my Moxie treatment I have never had pimples or rash on my face in my young to adult life. A client should be warned this could happen. I was told the general steps of how it would go the final was glowing skin I paid $700 for there's no way if the technician was experienced not too know the downside bc it's on YouTube and internet I found sent too them. Instead when I finally got another appointment to get checked for what I ended up with I was told " Oh it's no so bad" Look at the pictures the first is my face before the other 2 are how my results are still too this date over 3 mos now to date 05/02/25 my face looks like measles . This what happens when it's just all about them making money if they f you up it's your fault my face is rough my skin was always nice however aging I thought after they convinced me it would take my complexion to more youthful look. I went too dermatogy where the only thing they could do for me I'd give me 3 prescription bc my insurance will not pay for testing that cost $700. I ask Aya owner to please return half of the money back to me so I could get testing for this rash but received a flat out no! So please look at my picture do you think it's okay? Beware bc I feel the tech is new she said she wasn't maybe something done wrong but just to say after damaging my skin you have no responsibility is very wrong. I'm calling a lawyer too see if I can do anything. I will show thieve pictures on ever social media anywhere they allow me to post bc I'm telling you another girl said this treatment cause her to consistently get big pimples on her face. They are responsible for letting clients know any and everything that could go wrong bc customer may not know and are trusting the clinic had this information Oh but GREED

I've been a client at Aya MedSpa for a little over 10yr. During that time I've consistently been getting several procedures which have worked wonders for my skin. Chemical peels. micro needling, Skyntite to sculpt my jawline and under my chin, Botox, dermal filler, PRP, and laser hair removal on my chin also from my clavicle to my ankles and all the hair on my body in thats in between. I buy all my skincare products exclusively from Aya. clearly I'm a fan! Okay heres the good stuff. Their entire staff from the font desk to practitioners are EXTREMELY hospitable and kind and always available to give you guidance if you have a question or a need. It gives the feel of a luxury hotel. That is how everyone engages with their clients. Each practitioner, whether it is a laser technician or a nurse injectioner or an aesthetician. They are above 100% in skill set and knowledge regarding their specific expertise. They are thoroughly education regarding how to treat every skin tone and type from Fitzgerald I to VI. I'm a Fitz V Which is a medium deep tone. They have expert laser techs who can repair damages on their darker skin clients. Erin and Amanda are the best. Ive known Erin the longest and I can attest to the fact that she's a pro when it comes to treating darker melanated skin tones! I would never go to anyone else other for laser face procedures and treatment. Lastly, as I mentioned, everyone is at the top of their field and whatever they're speciality is, the doctors ensure that every single practitioner is fully educated and reeducated and retrain and retrained as much as possible in one year, year over year! That is why they are so knowledgeable. In closing, the thing that warms my heart is that all of the nurse injectioners, laser technicians, and aestheticians I met and worked with a decade ago are currently still working at one the many Aya spa locations. no one ever leaves, that should tell you about their work environment and that they are treated well. Who would want to leave a job like that
