I have been going to Dr Doughn for a few yrs now and it's always been a pleasant and professional experience. I have been to several of his locations and the staff has always been the same pleasant, helpful, and professional.

The practice looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s. Old equipment. They made me fill out paperwork even though I told them nothing changed since the last time I saw them. I sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes, then another 30 minutes before I saw the doctor. They gave me an EKG even though my doctor gave me one a day earlier and sent them the results. I was told not to worry because my insurance won't charge me (But you will be sure to charge the insurance, won't you. No wonder why premiums are so high).

De Smith and his entire staff are very helpful. I had a reaction from something associated with the heart monitor. On the 2nd day of wearing it, I returned to the office and they removed it because of the reaction, and recommended that I use witch hazel and Benadryl. The contacts left marks but they appear to be fading. When I returned for the Echo, again the tech who administered the test. was helpful and addressed any concerns and answered any questions. Braden, who monitored my stress test did likewise, making sure I did not over exert through closely monitoring asking questions. Today. Dr Smith went over the tests, answering any Questions, concerns.
