Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Staff was rude, inconsistent, and treated the person I went with as support for her as an idiot. Claimed they were understaffed and couldn't put a heart monitor on her. They were not. A heart monitor can be put on in five minutes. And when consulted about when she could come back, the nurse had an absolutely horrible attitude. She talked to her like she was an absolute idiot, and wasn't considerate at all. We will never, EVER come back here. The wait times are insane, and honestly the place smelled horrible.

If you don't have the ability to listen to a customer talking to you, without interrupting and cutting them off, you REALLY do not belong on the phones. If a customer calls you and is very very obviously upset while cancelling the appointment, it's NOT a good idea to cut them off and talk over them and continuously interrupt them without allowing them to even finish a sentence. It's called respect. And when the person at the front is this disgustingly rude, it reflects VERY VERY POORLY on the practice. I had to cancel my appointment for an insurance issue they're having. But I will not be rescheduling it after the disgustingly rude behavior I encountered today from the girl at the desk.

Expect to wait a while. Just show up about 1.5 hrs late if you don't want to wait there I suppose. They blame their system everytime. During a follow up after a few tests, the doctor didn't even ask how I've been feeling since my last visit nor about anything we previously discussed, and spent about 3 minutes with me.

Everyone from the front desk all the way back to Dr. Sekar are so nice and knowledgeable. I would always refer anyone in my family or any friends here. Great group of professionals!

This was my first visit to the cardiologist, and I was truly impressed. All of the staff were very courteous and attended to me promptly.Dr. Argarwal was incredibly kind and compassionate—not only did he address my physical health concerns, but he also took the time to counsel me on the importance of caring for my mental health, especially during a difficult time after experiencing a death in the family. I left feeling seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
