Idaho Urologic Institute's Online Review Report Card

Just had minor surgery there and it went well. The doctor clearly worked in a hacky sack factory in a prior life. Time to step up and do your part, guys.

This is an update of my previous review. Nurse Shannon called me back, listened to my concerns, and set up a consultation appointment next week with Dr Kuntz. She said that maybe there was a miscommunication between myself and the CSR I was speaking with. I told her I had made it clear I wanted an appointment with Dr Kuntz or Nick (not a phone call), and was told the policy of IUI was not to allow direct consultations, but to handle those through the nursing staff. Shannon told me every patient at IUI has a right to a direct consultation. She said she would discuss my previous Google review (they’d already seen it) and my reasons for it with the front office staff. Overall I’ve been very happy with IUI, and surprised that I was getting what seemed like a brush off. I appreciated the time Shannon took to talk with me and to schedule an appointment with Dr Kuntz. This review is now four stars based on my talk with Shannon plus the negative experience of this morning. However, I expect IUI will go back to giving me five star patient service as they have done up to today. I do highly recommend IUI, and I wanted to make that clear now that Shannon gave me the patient service I’d become accustomed to at IUI. Thank you, Shannon!

Stacy Fish is amazing, she’s refreshing and searching for solutions. I love the human experience I get. The office has been kind, I prefer the Boise location but have received great care both locations.

Called in to see a female Dr. For testicular pain and was told that the female Dr.s dont see men for this reason anymore? This is DISCRIMINATION! Lots of women don't like female OBGYNs and lots of men don't want male urologists. Why discriminate against men like this?

Thank you Dr Nic Allen! Best Dr appointment I have had ever. Everything was nice paced so I wasn't sitting waiting forever. The Dr Allen was professional and fun. I'm feeling way better already and haven't even started treatment. Love this place! The entire staff was great!

They told me I wouldn’t have to pay for services and they lied to me and now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars in medical bills. They ruined my life, and they deserve to be punished but it won’t happen and they will continue to scam folks

From a service standpoint - everything appears to be still working as anticipated and the bedside manners were fine. however - I give less stars because I apparently overpaid and to reconcile this - they sent me a prepaid visa card...long story short I couldn't use the card and due to fees, I lost out. UPDATE - IUI has rectified the situation so I am adding stars to reflect what I always hoped my review would be.

Never have had issues with them nor has it taken any unreasonable amount of time to make appointments or being seen by my Dr.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment for a week now. They refuse to because they don’t have my paperwork of doctor because I need to see a specialist I’ve called many times to get them to talk to my doctor but they refuse and put little effort into marking the appointment or even having me as a patient??? Receptionist was rude and indifferent about my situation sadly I have to travel to a different town to see a urologist 😢 I am in pain and worry?

Dr Waldmann is always very helpful, profesional and has done a great job with my problems. He is always very friendly and a pleasure to talk with.
