I received excellent care from the Oncology Radiation Team. I want to thank Christy, Shannon, Matt, Art and Sheryl for making my 45 treatments doable. I was treated with great kindness and caring, respect and above all, humor. Guys, I had a good time with you. Thank you!

Everyone I encountered was very nice and understanding! I have PTSD and started having a panic attack and the doctor was very understanding and didn't push to get through the appt. She just told me to take my time, no rush. Very nice people!!

1 star is too generous, This place is an absolute racket. They will lead you on to believe that a simple vasectomy will be covered by your insurance, set everything up and then call you the week of the procedure to let you know that it will actually be $700 out of pocket instead, and then charge you $250 for a 5 minute conversation after you cancel your appointment. Then when you inevitably call to complain about getting charged $250 for ABSOLUTELY F******* NOTHING, the doctor will stand by the charge because OF COURSE THEY WILL, I'D WANT TO MAKE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A 5 MINUTE CONVERSATION TOO. Do yourself a favor, go literally ANYWHERE ELSE

Each of the staff that I have had contact with has been respectful, kind and efficient. They have worked consistently to find solutions for my issues. I am very pleased with the help that I have received from the IUI .

In the past I have had good experiences with Idaho Urologic Institute, however as of late it hasn't been so good. First I would like to say that my Doctor is great, very knowledgeable and very concise. He wants me to get a special MRI done which can only be done at Intermountain Medial Imaging, however who put in my referral did it incorrectly and there for requested the wrong facility to do the MRI. The facility that this person requested does not have the equipment to do the type of MRI my doctor requested. The insurance approved the wrong facility to to the error made by this person at Idaho Urologic Institute. It has been going back and forth now for a couple of months, by last scheduled MRI had to be rescheduled because of the lack of cooperation by Idaho Urologic Institute, and now my rescheduled MRI might have to be rescheduled again by the lack of cooperation from Idaho Urologic Institute. The fine folks at Intermountain Medical Imaging have been great, trying to get this resolved with Idaho Urologic Institute. I might reach out to my Doctor directly as he might not be aware of what the office staff is doing or in this case not doing.

I was very impressed with Nurse Grace she was very caring and clean me up well. She was caring I want toher to get raise and be ednotified when this happens

Not impressed with this place when it comes to cleanliness. Now you expect a certain amount of stuff at a urology center but the stains, spots, and puddles everywhere of urine are a bit much! I understand they have these patents come in and accidents happen but the same stains and spots are still there months later. It smells and honestly, I feel like I don't want to touch anything due to the contamination factor here. The staff is hit or miss on rudeness. They have a couple of check-in kiosks where you can type in your name but they don't think about the fact that a lot of people are touching these with no cleaning so they are probably covered in germs. I tried to check in at the counter but was told to go back over there and use it anyway. If they are so out of touch that they need this set up for checking in, I think this place will further go downhill. We (my mom and I) were sent back down stairs once to get a procedure and the Dr. down there was rude while the staff did not fully explain things to us. I could tell the staff does not like this place. It shows and I think they need an overhaul. The last appt we had we were left in the room for over 30minutes. They never checked in on us. When I came out to ask, they seemed bewildered I was asking. Turns out, they forgot but did not admit it. Said they switched us to see someone else sometime prior to me coming out of the room and asking. They then just grabbed a couple of people to help us. Never did see the actual Dr. If you are contemplating this place, run! There are much better facilities in this town that actually cater to the patients. After all, they are what keeps you open for business. The Urology Clinic on Vanguard is one.

This place has hands down been the best experience I have ever had with medical professionals. The staff is all very caring and professional. Dr Kuo team is the absolute best in every way possible. I have had a lot of medical trauma in hospitals and the surgery center at IUI is all i could ask for and more. The anesthesiologist came in and talked to me before and made sure my concerns were addressed. I felt safe and well taken care of with everyone I interacted with. 10/10 highly recommend. This is my second surgery (2016 was an emergency surgery) in here in the past 9 years and both times was a pleasant experience. I would never trust anyone else but IUI for my urology needs. It’s an Idaho gem for sure.

Very unprofessional staff. Hopefully artificial intelligence will replace them soon. They show the same caring and respect towards clients as a robot would. Artificial Intelligence would at least do a better job.

Dr. Kuo and her team were absolutely amazing! I wished I would have done the Bulkamid sooner! My experience with issues leaking and at times actually peeing my pants prohibited my quality of life, feeling that people my catch a smell and avoiding any overnight events. Dr. Kuo listened as I told her about trying the Emsella chair and European eggs, literally spending over or more than a couple grand hoping for a solution! All I asked was I wanted to dance at my daughters wedding without wearing a diaper, that my 80 some yr old mother suggested! :( This was by far the best investment. For any women out there, don't waste your money and visit Dr. Kuo as her professionalism spoke so much to me due to being so self-conscience about my privates being exposed! #1 go visit her! I WILL be dancing with my daughter at her wedding! My life is forever changed within a matter of days!!
