By far the worst “medical” practice in the treasure valley. The staff is rude, the doctor dismisses your concerns. They messed up two urine samples. The first one they said they messed up and we would have to come back. The staff was rude and said we had to make an appointment. Took off work to come back in and they messed it up AGAIN! After calling them over and over to get an answer finally a nurse told us they messed up the second urine sample. Not to mention how unprofessional and rude everyone there is. For working in the medical field they do not have one ounce of empathy for what their patients are going through. Complete waste of time, effort, energy and money. We still have no answers. Wasted almost three weeks with them and the urine sample was never sent off cause they messed it up TWICE. I wish I could give 0 stars.
First off, I hate going in to get seen for anything. The front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and the people polite. When I was called on to be seen the staff in the back was super friendly and seemed caring. The main Doctor seemed pretty abrasive or bothered I even said something in the room where he just kindled chuckled at me like "whatever dude" kinda attitude. I was in the Army, so I am used to people in the medical field like this. I'm just glad he knew what he is doing and after examinations and labs he found my problem and easy few days fix I'm good as new. I wish the visit was a little more pleasant, but it is what it is. The girls where pretty so I guess there's that!
My husband spent the night in the ER and then we were referred to this clinic for his kidney stone pain. The doctor in this clinic told us that he had a 7 mm stone and that he had a 20% chance of passing it. He then said we needed to schedule an appointment for a month later. We ended up in the emergency room two more times in the week after that before a doctor at a different hospital removed his kidney stone and told us that it was "impossible to pass". We will not be returning to this clinic as they didn't take our concerns for my husband's health seriously. EDIT: I would love to be contacted by the company. My husband was seen on November 27th and he shares my last name.
We had an amazing experience with this surgery center! Our 20 month old had to have hernia surgery and we were so impressed with everyone that we interacted with at this facility. From the receptionists, to the nurses and doctors, everyone was warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
I had an emergency. I have been on hold for 20 mins now. The pre recorded message states that there is an online portal so you don't have to wait on the phone, tried to set up an account but have to be given an access code in order to do antthing on the portal. Other than that the clinic is great.
Kidney Stone treatment and followup. Office staff was helpful and courteous on the phone and in the office. I received excellent care and followup.
May be contacted by mngt. for further discussion, Thank you. LATE. UNPROFESSIONAL. LACKS EMPATHY. DISRESPECT. Thankfully I don't have many bad Healthcare experiences but this place takes the cake! In short: if you want to feel dismissed, disrespected and treated like your health doesn't matter GO HERE. If you want to pay premium games prices of today for being disrespected and dismissed go here (Dr Kuntz I believe is who gave me such a great medical experience) Now the long story. I was referred here meaning another provider had enough concern for me to see a specialist. Meaning I should have been called and scheduled and based on my referral promptly. Didn't happen. I had to call to get myself scheduled only to be told I am " too healthy and I could do X or Y but won't find anything." Not only that the provider was LATE!! I felt like this was a waste of time and had I known I would be treated so poorly I would have refused. Which is my advice to you. Don't go here if you seem or look healthy. They won't take you seriously. Further more, IF my referral had an invalid Dx they shouldn't have even let me on the schedule!! I am paying for mistake after mistake from this place. Referral gets sent then it should be verified then either pt is called and scheduled or referral is rejected and explained why to reffering provider. (Ps I work in a specialist office and you guessed it I work off referrals). I hope this office can clean up it's act and it's manners in how it handles patients. I was seen in nampa. Ps the lady who scheduled me was pleasant. I just can't say the same for the providers and MAs.
Really like him, he’s a great guy
Everything was explained so I would understand. Very happy with the service rendered.
I filled out form on ipad. I had list of my medicines and supplements. The front desk told me to just put see list in computer, but the medical assistants did not take my list, and I had to beg the front desk to take it. for this and other reasons, I do not think the front desk and the medical staff are well coordinated. Doctor explained options clearly, and explained what I needed to do to to pursue the one I was considering. Overall, outcome was what I think I need.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
