Very bad service recently at Skinovatio Barrington! Supposed to get a Birthday facial but Elaine was rude,non courteous and rough. Applying enzyme and facemask was called a facial. Not sure management changed but service was bad after being a client for over 4 yrs .now wont return back as a customer again!

This is really bad , I pay to get my 6 sections done after couple of sections Nahrain starts calling me and cancel my appointments every time she gave me a new reason . Some times the machine is not working sometimes she is not coming because she is sick or is all booked for the day … she literally stoles my money 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I don't know what happened! First time I went it was beautiful! I used a Groupon even. The second time it was soooo different so so different! Like heaven then hell!! The practitioner was so cool and laughing talking we had music on! It was like he was an artist! Took like 45mins it was a real appointment! Second time it was like no talking nothing he seemed angry! Then the whole appointment was 5mins!! Literally! I got done everything I had before and it was most definitely not the same!! It was like he didn't know me or remember me!! Which who cares but I Literally i don't think he used any kind of botox!! At all!! None!! Zip! Zero!! Nada!! I think he just poked me and that's it! Ok your done!! Then we're he put the "botox" there was this weird crusty gooey stuff that formed! I'm never! Nope! Not doin it ever again!!

What an absolute great experience I had with Charles. I’ve done Botox many times before but never had such a gentle hand like Charles had. Before I knew it, I was all done. He is also super knowledgeable and answered all my questions that made me feel at ease. Overall my best Botox experience.

Wonderful time at Skinovatio. I was really anxious, but Charles put me at ease because of his professionalism and knowledge on Kybella. I am no longer insecure about my side profile and I received excellent results overall. I'd recommend friends and family to visit this spot!

There are no words to describe the experience I had here with Charles Samuel. I had been going to a spa prior to here and they would put more units than I desired and would “ numb “ my face prior to ejecting. The experience was very painful and resulted in a look where I felt robotic/plastic. Since moving to Skinovatio with Charles, it is not only painless, but I still have movement where I desire and the comfortability with someone who explains And walks you through every action being taken. Charles is absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend his expertise to anyone.
