Skinovatio Medical Spa's Online Review Report Card

wanted to really like the place. The two staff members I met were very friendly and awesome knowledgeable. However pretty upset with their policy. I booked micro needling because I had purchased a Groupon-which requires a two step appointment with the first one being a consultation and then the second one is actually when you get the procedure done which at the time they were pretty busy and walked so a lot of the availability they didn't match my availability so I ended up missing to use my Groupon by the expiration date. My first appointment was Feb and no one mentioned I couldn't use the Groupon anymore that it would just be applied to my total instead it was my "consultation." When scheduling for the actual procedure (May) they took down the fact that this was the same Groupon I did my consultation and never mentioned that I would have to pay the difference. Went there did the procedure and it wasn't until I was at the checkout that they told me I had to pay the difference of the procedure and combine it with my Groupon, which ended up to be more expensive than the Groupon itself. I was completely unaware of it and I live over an hour away and ended up having to run to my bank to take money out because I had no other form of payment all while just getting my face micro needled. Completely disappointed and if I would have known I was going to be responsible for an additional $300- I would have just requested a refund from Groupon. They are actually the only place so far that I've had this issue with all my other places acknowledge the Groupon after expiration. So sad but will probably keep with the Wrinkle fairy I just wish I had the opportunity to choose because I would have asked for a refund from Groupon. There's alot more things I needed to spend that on.

I love my lips. Ashley is incredibly talented and I get compliments all the time. They look great and I feel so much more confident. Elaine is also amazing and really great at what she does. She explains the processes really well and is so personable. I have really enjoyed my treatments and will be back.

Filthy! The floors and equipment with splatters of lotion. Kelly is very rude. I had to ask Kelly if she was going to remove the gel from my testing spot. She was going to let me walk out with the gel on my face! When I pointed out how dirty the place was, Kelly just shrugged and said I could fill out a complaint at the front desk and she would give it to the manager. Beware

I had a under eye botched filler procedure and had it removed. My under eyes looked more sunken and dark before doing the procedure. I heard of PRF injections that use your own plasma. Ashley was so kind. She explained how I'm going to look pretty swollen the first couple of days. And to be patient with myself. That was yesterday; today my under eyes look so much better! Thank you so much Ashley! I highly recommend your services! See you in a few months!

All the ladies upfront are really nice and very accommodating. I've gotten my renewing done here, I recommend it, the downtime is low. Clean establishment and I will definitely be back.

Very bad service recently at Skinovatio Barrington! Supposed to get a Birthday facial but Elaine was rude,non courteous and rough. Applying enzyme and facemask was called a facial. Not sure management changed but service was bad after being a client for over 4 yrs .now wont return back as a customer again!

I went here yesterday for some Botox as a first time client. Love it here! Everyone is so sweet. Another place I went to in December left me so bruised afterwards. This did not happen here. Can't wait to go back in July.
