I have been coming to Alyssa for my laser hair treatments. I am impressed with the staff with their welcoming and knowledge to make me feel at ease. I tried the new laser hair removal machine and it is even better! So pain free. Alyssa makes me feel special. I have been doing my underarms and will further continue. Best laser hair removal in Chicago.

Facilities: 5/5 for easy parking and clean, aesthetically cute space Services: 5/5 I saw Alyssa P. for a hydrafacial first, then graduated to a series of vi chemical peels. She’s very knowledgeable in the skincare industry and responsive via text when I had a lot of questions on timing of my chemical peels. I also respected that she took the time to recommend products to me that aren’t sold at the medspa (no upsell pushiness). Value: 5/5 they are featured on Groupon and also have specials

I visited this establishment less than a year ago and purchased a package of 40 units of Xeomin. The lady who assisted me, told me that this amount was perfect; she suggested a distribution plan and assured me that I would look spectacular for an upcoming event I had. I left that place feeling happy, confident, satisfied and beauty! Today, I went back and purchased a package of 50 units of Xeomin. The lady who assisted me this time, told me that this wasn't enough, that I actually needed 72 units. ($10 per unit) I told her that the last time I had purchased 40 units, I had been very satisfied with the results. She replied, "I don't know how they managed that; even 50 units isn't enough." She explained that I have very strong, highly active facial muscles, and suggested I get at least 6 more units. I decided not to purchase any additional units. I could certainly afford them—of course I could—but I felt that she was simply trying to sell more product. (I don't know if she earns a commission or not.) She also offered to schedule a follow-up appointment for two weeks later so that, if the results weren't exactly what I expected, she could administer the remaining units. I left the place feeling bad... old and frustrated.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the results. I will be returning in the near future for other services.

I originally came in for a $249 promotional Forma treatment, and while my situation required a bit more consultation, the team took their time to really educate me on the best and safest options for my skin. Alyssa was amazing, super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything before moving forward. Instead of rushing into a treatment, they made sure it was the right time for me, which I really appreciated. It made me feel like they truly prioritize client safety and long term results over just doing a quick service. They also put together an incredible package offer that was honestly such a great deal for the value you’re getting. You can tell they really want to customize treatments based on your goals rather than a one size fits all approach. Overall, the service, professionalism, and care were top notch.

Hiii i get morphesus8 done with Alyssa addressing my cystic acne from PCOS and man oh man have i noticed a difference. The results from this procedure do not compare to all the cremes ive tried using to manage my skin. Morpheus8 decreases excess oil production if you didnt know so PCOS girlies, stop crying in the mirror, invest in yourself and go get your skin zapped with Alyssa, she knows what shes doing!!!

Alyssa and Chris are rock stars! Eisham has the best hospitality! I brought my mom with me for my laser hair removal and everyone made us feel like we were visiting family.

I have had many microneedling sessions at various med spas. I highly recommend Aylssa at Skinovatio in the South Loop. She is AMAZING. She’s very passionate and takes time to ask about what your skin care needs are. I have had 2 microneedling treatments with her and I won’t go to anyone else for any of my skincare treatments. My skin look amazing and I have received so many compliments. She has also followed up with me a few times after my appointment - no one has even done that! Thanks Alyssa for being the best.
