Amazing experience kind and professional will definitely be going back!
Very professional and polite .
Lorraine Wilson was wonderful she made me feel comfortable allowing her to check my vitals and run test which is impressive because I hyperventilate everytime I get my vitals checked. She was patient and very informative. Thank you Lorraine Wilson you're best!!
I went here because I thought it would be a better solution than going to an ER, but I was wrong. The young lady who checked me in and the MA who took my vitals were very helpful. My experience declined when I met Dr. Taylor Ravlin I told her that I was in a car accident and had soreness in my legs and face that prevented me from doing my job where I stand 7 out of my 8-hour shift. She ultimately said there was nothing she could do for me becauseshe doesn't have the necessary ‘equitment’. After paying $50 here, I went to the ER and had to pay $300 for proper care. On Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care website, they say they treat aches, pains, strains, & sprains, etc. so I'm confused on why I couldn't be properly treated. I did not need any X-ray, MRI, Cat scan or ultrasound. I said I would not be able to stand my job's long hours and would need just a few days to heal. Ultimately, I am asking if I can get a doctor’s note for my employer so I can take the necessary time to heal. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. I left and went to the ER because I physically couldn’t work. The doctor at the ER gave me a very brief evaluation (no equipment needed) and asked me what happened. I told them the same thing I told Dr. Ravlin and he gave me the necessary documents. So, after all this, I have now spent $350+ of money I already didn't have.
This was the worst care I ever experienced. When I got in the clinic, there were only 2 people waiting. I was and still am in pain sitting and waiting for over 2 hours. 15, maybe 20 people were called (they all came after me). They never called my name because the child from the front desk was NOT TRAINED properly. She didn't put me in the system, or maybe she don't like white, old ladies, who even don't speak Spanish (well, without asking, she gave me the form in Spanish, which unfortunately I don't speak). Well, in conclusion, if you not African-American or Latino, do not seek the urgent care at Midwest "Express" Clinic. I left WITHOUT RECEIVING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
