Nurse practitioner Buswell was amazing ! she really helped my son to the best of her abilities. He was wheezing pretty bad even after his albuterol inhaler and gave him a different solution in office and in just a few minutes in the office with the nebulizer he felt so much better! It was like day and night. And she kept checking up on him. We enjoyed having her taking care of him. Wish she was there all the time! & the clinic is VERY QUICK! It really is an express clinic and i recommend everyone to go there!

This company charges you for visits that you never scheduled or attended. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Went with my family for sick visit. They charged us for point of office care testing that was not completed! When calling the business office they responded “we will bill you for what is ordered”. Well I can tell you I did not have my kids noses swabbed because I would have remembered having to hold them down! I was told an itemized bill would come to my house in 7-10 days, but it did not and they just charged my credit card. When calling the x ray tech answered and the manager jasmine was out. They said they had already heard of me, and slack messaged eachother about my visit. For reference I am also a family nurse practitioner. I will be reporting to the better business and state board of nursing for insurance fraud.

People are friendly but the service is very slow. We registered online and selected an appointment time. Did not seem to help expedite anything.

Really enjoy this facility. Professional, courteous, understanding and completely welcoming. I’ve personally been here twice, unfortunately…. No one wants to be sick, but I have walked out knowing they had my best interest and health in mind. My family also goes here because you can’t pass up the level of care that this facility provides. From Shani andall these front desk staff, to all the triage nurses like Jasmine, and obviously the doctors, you really can’t beat this staff and the service they provide. They’re a credit to this organization.
