This place is straight up ghetto. The girl at the front automatically has an attitude. My daughter came here 2 weeks ago and got an xray of her finger and these people didn't even know how to read it! The said I needed to come back in 2 weeks to get another one so here I am. Don't come here. They need to be reported to the medical board for being unprofessional

Im so happy we were directed to this Midwest clinic. I have had really bad experiences at the norridge clinic. I would highly recommend the Melrose Park location to anyone. Everyone there is extremely professional and kind.

Don’t go here unless you want them to charge your card without notification. I paid my co pay when I was there, never received a bill or phone call and my card started being charged almost 2 months later. Billing says “yes I see no bill was sent out, but you had to pay anyways”. How?! If I paid my copay when I was there?? Make sure to watch you withdraws people!
