Avoid this clinic. I’ve had two appointments at this clinic, and both reflected a lack of professionalism and risky practices. In the first, the provider listened to me for only 10 minutes before prescribing heavy medication. In the second, Rafael Sanchez gave me a diagnosis without performing proper tests, and for my follow-up, the doctor didn’t even show up. After seeking care with a different provider, I learned that every diagnosis I received at this clinic was incorrect.
Great place great people great help I've had nothing but a great experience with DR. López I feel comfortable, I feel heard which is a major plus, and easy and convenient scheduling, they always accommodate you. Overall, highly recommend Clarity Clinic.
I have been struggling with my mental health for decades. I have been on several medications trying to help with symptoms, none of which helped. Dr. Kolakowski identified many aspects of my struggles that other healthcare professionals had missed time and time again and was able to help get me on a positive track. So happy with the care and the insights with this provider and this clinic
Savannah Sullivan was my provider and she always listened to my concerns. I always felt like I was in good hands.
Very friendly and supportive!
Friendly and knowledgeable. And on time. Very efficient!
Easy at home Telemed appts make the follow up's so easy. Staff is very friendly and booking appts is very easy through their online booking.
Alright y’all, I’m laying out my experience here in detail. The TLDR is that the providers here are terrible and don’t truly care about their patients, demonstrated by their bedside manner and invalidation. The other workers here also have no clue what’s going on, so if you have a billing or insurance question, you better be ready for multiple phone calls and getting the run around. If you want the details of my experience and the exact providers I saw, keep on reading. I came here seeking a potential ADHD diagnosis (or if not ADHD, just to understand where my symptoms and struggles were coming from). Upon meeting and doing an intake session with Jamie Schubert, was told that I likely have ADHD in addition to my anxiety (that I already knew about). She recommended I take the neuropsych evaluation to really get a good picture of what was going on, but it was a 6 month waitlist. Fine, no biggie, if that’s what it takes to figure out what’s going on. In this time, I tried to figure out if my insurance would cover this. Should be easy for them to tell me right? WRONG. I think it took 5 phone calls and several emails to get an answer. No one knows what’s going on there. I was told I had to find out myself by reaching out to my insurance if they would cover this, which is incorrect, as this is the PROVIDER’S responsibility. Whatever, I find out I’m “preapproved”, and Clarity still couldn’t tell me how much it would cost me. They said that they didn't know what it costs because they just bill the insurance and then the insurance bills me. What do you mean you have no clue what your services cost for patients? After essentially nagging them to figure it out, they were able to tell me it would just cost my copay (I got this in writing via email to be sure they wouldn’t switch up on me later). When I finally got off the waitlist and saw Reggie Pachenko, I had to answer all the same questions that I was asked by Jamie, only to be told that he didn’t think I had ADHD and that he needed more information from my mom (??) and psychiatrist before moving on. His reasoning was essentially that I didn’t struggle with grades enough or get yelled at by teachers enough as a child (hi I have immigrant parents who expect top performance in school) He also said that I didn’t seem to be struggling currently at work or otherwise despite me literally telling him the opposite of that. I got the sense halfway through our intake that he didn't believe me, and he got kind of snappy with me at certain moments. I have never felt so invalidated before and this was some of the worst care I've ever received from a doctor. Both he and Jamie gave off an energy that they could not care less, which is strange given they are in a practice often dealing with mental health concerns. His opinion aside….you’re telling me I saw one doctor who told me to get on this waitlist for a test for SIX MONTHS and there was a possibility that I couldn’t take the test I waited SIX MONTHS for?????? Why did I have to answer all the same questions again?? Didn’t I get the ok from the first doctor?? It made no sense. I felt so absolutely exhausted and beaten down after this entire experience and I’m waiting to try again because at this moment I don’t feel ready to go through something like that again. Because all the while, I’m still dealing with the symptoms that I went there for in the first place! I should not feel like this at a mental health practice. Every patient deserves to feel seen and heard. This place is an absolute joke. After describing my horrible experiences to my therapist, they confirmed that other clients in their practice were having similar experiences and they were ceasing to recommend clients to Clarity Clinic. I also learned from 2 friends that they ALSO had terrible experiences at this practice. Please please please save yourself the time, money, and mental exhaustion and go elsewhere.
The psychiatrists here are great and definitely just want to help. They listen and understand individuals and I’m glad I chose to come here! Thank you!
This is not health care — it’s a corporate racket disguised as compassion. I saw Dr. Sullivan and would be charged nearly $300 for a brief, perfunctory check-in that lasts mere minutes — essentially paying to be asked, “How are things going?” so I could say “Good” and avoid being cut off from medication that I need to function. This isn’t treatment. It’s extortion. When I expressed concern over the cost, I was met with condescension and outright misinformation. The staff gaslit me about supposed legal requirements that conveniently align with their profit model but not with any actual regulations. The receptionist, in particular, spoke to me with a level of disdain that was not only unprofessional but dehumanizing — as if my inability to afford gold-plated insurance meant I wasn’t worth basic respect. This clinic — and others like it — are spreading like a disease, hollowing out what little remains of ethical, patient-centered care. They’re predatory, profit-driven, and utterly devoid of empathy. Stay far, far away if you value your dignity or your wallet.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
