I love my therapist, but this facility is horrible. Their billing system is Terrible. Do not go here. The staff is horrible and rude to patients. Their patient portal is nothing more than a place to pay your bill. I use them now for prescriptions, but otherwise do not recommend this place. I am planning to find a new prescriber so I'm no longer giving this place my business & money. They don't deserve it.
Worst psychiatrist experience of my life. All I can say is, why be a doctor if you’re not going to be nice and treat patients like humans beings? I ended the session in the middle of the first one. I have never been treated so shitty by a psychiatrist before. Never going here again.
Scheduling was simple and the person I met with was easy to talk to and get started working on my progress
Terrible clinic. I made a Dr appointment with them weeks in advance and they decided to cancel it an hour beforehand due to "scheduling error" and left me stranded with no way to get medication. All they could offer me was a Dr appointment weeks later. Never booking here again, completely useless.
The negative comments under 3 stars, are exactly what's happening with me (FOR YEARS!.) Why would your solution be the same thing? just fill in the blank for patients name... First I get charged double, $60.00 on my credit report for over 12 months, found out from a credit check for housing loan. All statements say $0.00 balance. After I confronted your company... Lame reaction "the zero balance is because it was sent to collection agency." Many times charged for appointments that were cancelled before 24 hours notice given. You call the day of rescheduled appt. Stating that I must pay incorrect amount or I get no appt. Which abruptly stopped medication & treatment. There were also times I approved an amount of $240.00 on credit card, yet your company charged $480.00. MOST recently... I checked my statement and what's there? All the same crap coming from your (professional?) company. With different responses, for the same exact questions. Each person that's representing your company. Making them up as they go. Depending on who you speak with, even had 4 in one day. (3 were lies) In May, I'm told "you don't have any insurance. It's been inactivated for 4 months now" Now I'm also told I owe more $ or no appointments~no meds. For this treatment? Pitiful when you can hear someone in the background coaching them with how to respond. Get a call a month later stating she ment to say... "We don't accept that insurance anymore." My insurance was & is just fine. It is stated as an acceptable insurance when I schedule online. I need treatment for my treatment. Some of your doctors were shocked when I told them about your practices. Julie K. .
Amazing!
After a “glitch” where they had overcharged me hundreds of dollars (that I paid) in April (it is now August) I am still fighting to get my money back. In June, I called the billing department for them to start processing the refund where I was told it would take 30 days between each step for me to get the refund. I call back this morning because I’ve received no updates about my refund, and I was told that the person I was on the phone with never began my refund process and instead adjusted the balance so it looked taken care of on my end. It seems like they never had any intention of ever refunding me the money they owe me and were deliberately trying to avoid doing so. If you were impacted by the same “glitch” and overpaid make sure to continuously call the billing department I have no issues with my current therapist or psychiatrist or the person I spoke to on the phone today. However, this is a shady business practice and quite concerning and makes me want to look elsewhere after being here for years.

Meagan is so sweet and thorough. She doesn’t rush our appointments and makes sure to address all of my concerns. Meagan is a provider that genuinely cares about the patient and their progress! Feeling super blessed to have found her.
