I always feel so comfortable going to Derm Institute. Dr. Kollman always listens to me, asks questions to be sure I always have everything I need, and genuinely cares about how I’m feeling and that I leave feeling like I have a solution to my skin issues. On top of that the ambience is TOP everything looks so clean and nice. Highly recommend Derm Institute!

This was my first visit to the Derm Institute. It was a fantastic visit. The receptionist and a Medical Assistant helped me with all the paperwork to complete when I first got there. I first saw a Medical Assistant named Chloe. She asked some questions about my skin condition and helped me prepare to see Dr. Samantha Phillips. Dr. Phillips was very thorough with her examination. She told me what the problem was. She gave me two body washes for my skin and a topical antibiotic to apply to affected areas. One body wash was a prescription and the antibiotic was a prescription. The prescriptions were sent to my Pharmacy right away. I picked up the antibiotic the same day so I could start using it.

This is an excellent dermatology practice. I have only had positive experiences with the staff, and Dr Kollmann is one of the most thoughtful dermatologists I've seen in Chicago.

The check in on the pad was not especially intuitive. I needed help more than once. The appointment with Dr. Phillips was good. On time with full explanation of procedure. Glad I don’t have to fill out forms multiple times!
