Duly Health And Care's Online Review Report Card

We have two different medical situations going on in our family right now and getting ANYTHING done from Duly in a reasonable time is impossible. Getting things scheduled out drags on forever. They won't provide information to specialists in a reasonable time making you do the leg work. How is this good for patients? Whatever they're doing, they are not doing it well.

Arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time waited in line for about 2 minutes and was told that I would have to reschedule. Alice at the front desk was very dismissive and talked to other people on the phone while I was trying to understand the grace period and policy. She then quoted the policy stating that the policy states if you are more than 2 minutes late you could be asked to reschedule. I asked for the policy and she handed me the piece of paper. Dr. Patten has excellent patient care otherwise I would definitely find me another office that’s more understanding.

Gotta be the worst place I've been too. Doctor just didn't show up. No call, no email or nothing. Waited around and wasted 45 mins.

Reception cancelled my appointment, was not accommodating to reschedule and ended up getting hung up on.

This place clearly has issues with their stuff and their behavior. Had a blood work done four days later calling them daily to check what's happening with my results, they kept repeating how they switched to quest and there is no communication between them. This is NOT my problem! Their attitude is disrespectful and they all are saying the same thing over and over. Looking to switch from there! Stay far away from them.

I had an appointment today @10 am. I was checked in and still sat for 30 minutes before I asked Carrie the receptionist whom was very nasty because I asked her why was I still waiting she stated the Dr. must be running behind but no one has said anything. I ended up in the room about 10:40 sat in that cold azz room until 11am. before the Dr. showed up. I just dont understand why make appointments if you're not going to be seen @ that time😡

Had my ultrasound with Jillian today and I absolutely love her. She has the best personality for this job and makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I can’t say enough about how great she is at what she does. She not only has great manners but she actually takes time to explain things and answers questions. She is also very knowledgeable. This is my second time seeing her and both times I left feeling overwhelmingly happy about my results due to her ability to explain things to me, as well as giving me her time and compassion. Thanks so much, people like you make this process so easy.

The doctors are wonderful and great experience. The billing department needs to be minus 5 stars. I asked the same question about my bill several timesand they have not given me a direct answer. Always, deflecting and not answering. Great Docs and staff, but the company is shady as hell.

I would have rated Zero if I could. The staff here is so unprofessional and make you sit for half hour atleast after your appt slot, however if you are late by 3 mins or so they ask you to reschedule the appointment.
