List of Premier Dermatology's Reviews
After over 2 years of not going to Premier Dermatology because of covid, I needed to go back to check out a condition I had. I am in a wheelchair now and found no ramp at the entrance for my wheelchair. This was highly disappointing.. I would recommend installing a ramp if they want to keep patients.
I’ve been with Premier Dermatology for about 20 years. Dr. Bezanis is the only doctor I have been able to stay with for so long. He has taken good care of me. I appreciate his kindness, honesty, and professionalism.
Premier Dermatology, specifically Dr. Neubauer, provide the highest quality care.
I find my doctor to be very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all my questions and concerns.
The doctors and nurses were extremely kind in dealing with my 9 year old. They were gentle and took great care of him.
Competent, caring professional care.
So nice and understanding staff! I hate needles and so Dr Bhattacharya literally held my hand while I had a biopsy done. Thank you for helping me.
Stitches needed to be removed. Visiting this area. Normally go to Crest Hill. Able to have them done at Naperville office. The nurse was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and very pleased they were able to accommodate me at this office.
I had a consultation with Dr. Carly. While the doctor was satisfactory, I was required to purchase medication directly from their pharmacy instead of using my insurance, resulting in a $159 expense. Additionally, the extensive paperwork and long wait time made the experience frustrating.
Had an appointment yesterday to get a mole on my thigh removed. Appointment was at 10:30am. I filled out my pre-consultation questionare prior to my appointment but still made sure to get to the appointment 10 minutes prior. I was met with a blank and cold "Do you have an appointment?" Mind you the woman at the front desk didn't even look up from her screen once to greet me. As I sat in the waiting room, all I could hear was the front desk staff yapping about miscellaneous things. I'm sorry but I would rather not hear about your next Starbucks order when I am super nervous waiting in a waiting room. I was not called into my appointment until 11am (30 minutes late). The assistant I will say was super nice and answered all my questions. Dr. Tanya B was okay. My removal procedure went well with no pain but she seemed to just want to get in and get out honestly. Hopefully I have no billing issues as I am now reading horror stories about this here on Google. Bottom line--would I return if I needed to see a dermatologist again? Probably not. Plenty of other more welcoming offices in Naperville to choose from.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
