After waiting 8 months for an appointment i was told my insurance was hmo, not ppo and therefore I was not covered. Guess it would have been a burden for them to ask that over the phone 8 months earlier

Hello: Age over 63 I have Never been to a dermatologist in my life Attended college in Daytona Beach Florida Thought I was going to be a landmine I was wrong , had the expertise of Ms Lisa Burgard with my check up . Nothing was discovered No issues A+ facility Enjoyed the front desk staff of Penny and Evonne And the humor of Dr .Spenner Would recommend to anyone thinking of going . Thanks again Jeff R

The office sent me a text reminder for an appointment that was made a full year in advance at 6pm the night before. When I went to call and cancel immediately after getting the reminder, their office was closed with no way to contact them. I had just given birth a few weeks prior and in no way was able to attend the dermatologist appointment in the morning as I had a 3 week old to care for. They did not care and charged me a late fee regardless, which they are now sending to collections ($40). Bad communication practices has led to a loss of patient. I do not recommend. - Update after talking to office manager post above review. The office has removed all fees. Thanks for making it right !

Lisa the NP is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients, treatment and results. I'd recommend her and this office 10 out of 10!!

Had a great experience going here for about two years before I moved! The receptionists were always friendly and the office is sparkly clean and they always are on time. Definitely would recommend!
