Very bad experience. I went in to remove a small mark on my face at the office in yorkville. When I went in, they said sorry, wrong office. The doctor that does this works in joliet. I said it's okay and made a new appointment in cresthill. They removed it. It was a little high, $700, but it's okay. The issue is that they are charging me an additional $500 for the visit at yorkville. I was there for 1 minute, and they said it was their mistake. I explained the situation to them, and they said theres nothing they can do. I had no procedure, and they even admitted it was their mistake. That they should have never booked the appointment because the doctor only works at the cresthill location. Please stay away from these thieves and dont trust them.

I’ve seen Dr. Gayle McCloskey twice now and she’s an absolutely phenomenal physician. She takes the time to address all of your concerns and helps you understand the background of what could be causing the issue. On top of prescribing medication, she also offers helpful home remedies that work in tandem with said medication. When prescribing medication, she gives you a full list of options and what route you can take with those medicines. Dr. Gayle is truly wonderful! Dermatological issues are never fun but Dr. Gayle makes treating these issues seamless! Thank you!
