Great location, great staff, Awesome drs! I’m happy

Everyone at this office was so human, from the front office to the lab tech to Dr. Dewberry. I felt heard, held, and appreciated everyone's sense of humor.

Saluja Associates / Rotunda location has friendly & professional front desk and medical representatives. My concerns are always listened to and taken into consideration. The Doctors are pleasant and have no problem giving referrals for follow up opinions. You don't feel rushed or confused when you leave. All questions are answered.

Walked in for a doctors appointment at 12:15, left at 1pm as I was still waiting to be seen. Save yourself some time and find someone else. No apologies or explaination was given.

New patient. DID NOT CARE to respond WHILE I WAS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM.... Iam very upset with this place mostly the receptionist. I ended up in the ER yesterday7/25/23 morning 7am. My mom called my doctor (I WAS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM in THE BACK WITH THE DOCTORS) since my service kept acting up. The receptionist told her " Keep in mind The doctor has other patients " MY DOCTOR DIDNT CALL ME back the RECEPTIONIST CALLED MY MOM BACK THE NEXT DAY 😳. TO SAY HE HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE ER DOCTORS and can't tell them to admit me... Mind you all I've been to the ER in the past 2weeks for the same issue and they haven't helped me to get to the right doctor soon enough...Knowing it's better if the doctors call and set up the appt so that I would be able to get a sooner appt. But nope, I had to call around until I couldn't anymore. The receptionist called one place and left a message( still waiting for her to call me back about that, it's been weeks). The place I told her not accepting new patients..for a doctor and call myself. I DON'T NEED MY DOCTOR THE NEXT DAY. I NEEDED HIM WHILE I WAS HAVING AN EMERGENCY AND COULDN'T EVEN GET TO HIM. Because he was too busy with non emergency stuff I mean if I'm unable to reach my doctor in a time of an emergency what else can I depend on him for. the process to obtain Healthcare in an emergency does not help the patient neither the referral process. As I type this I'm still waiting to hear a response from weeks ago about helping me figure out what drinks or smoothie will help me... DR WATKINS CRAIG is my doctor.

Worse clinic ever receptionist be sleep at the front desk. You go to see your dr and a different dr walks in that you are not familiar with.They wouldn't see me because i had a copay from a zoom call that never happened. (The co pay was like 30 dollars) I was going pay it anyway but didn't have no cash so she told me pay online . So im asking her for assistance to pay online she didnt even want to assist me i just walked tf out . Very unprofessional. The way they treat you is like they just want your money and care less about your health .

Don't waste your time. Find someone else. Worst excuse of a doctors office ever. Gave them multiple shots.

Disgusting. The place was so dirty! Do yourself a favor a find a better place before you waste your time. Paper towels for blinds. Dust everywhere

The worst ever.. People hanging outside.. Clearly on some type of drugs. Begging for money cigarettes. I just didn't feel safe. Doctors appointment even worse.

Worst experience ever. The first time I went there I wanted to do a checkup including fasting blood work and fill out a form for work. The forms were not well filled correctly, for instance he wrote that i didn't take the flu vaccine while I already took it. I was fasting for the blood work and I told them that, they sent my blood work to the lab mentioning that i'm not a fasting. When I asked them to correct the forms they refused to that. Lately I needed an appointment with Dr. Daljeet Saluja, I had to wait several weeks for my appointment. When I arrived there they told me that Dr. Saluja is not in the office and that another Doctor(Dr. John Stokes) will be checking me. Dr. Stokes was super hurry and he only checked me in 2 minutes without being able to diagnose what i have, and he ended up giving me general cough medications without telling me what should if the medications didn't work(which was the case). Luckily I went to another Doctor in a Hopkins facility and I'm having a good experience with my current Doctor.
