If could give minus 5 stars my hand wouldn’t shake. Some people describing issues with the parking and scheduling, would agree on that part, but it wouldn’t be the most important inconvenience for me. My mother was seeing Valeria Fomitcheva as her primary physician for quite a while. She had complaint about pain in the stomach area for over 6 months. Doctor, at least how they called themselves now days, sent her to do some lab and to see specialist after 4 months from complaint day. Recently my mother had a pain more than on average days, and I took her to the doctor I know. She was sent for cat scans than mri, and it came out that she has some issues, that must be addressed much earlier. As well have to add my experience with the same doctor a years ago. I tried her as pcp, and it didn’t work out. Since I expecting doctor to call me back with my lab results at least within a month, not 6 months after blood test is done. Besides all that, for sure we should give a credit to people who have a strength to go for 12 years through medical school to become a doctors, but let’s not forget that first thing we have to become a good people caring for each other, what might take a whole life cycle and for some people not achievable for quite more….

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The parking is horrible, the 2 ladies at the front desk are rude as hell, and the doctor is even worse. I went back for a second appointment (already regretful of my choice of PCP), and they would not see me. The whole office needs customer service training and lacks empathy. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER!!! No wonder they have bad reviews. Find another location, please.

Dr. Bek!!! The office is comfortable, front desk is very sweet and polite! But Dr.Bek is the best!!!!! Very professional and actually knows what he is doing! I love this place…

I got an old bill from last year this year with the wrong initial for me other than that,the service is on time.

Very dissapointed with the staff and their services. My family has been going to this office for years, but I won't be going back again. Dr Saluja is great and I really like him, but very dissapointed with inconvenience I had to go through.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional, especially the front desk. Do not even bother to call because they will hang up on you. The nurses/doctors themselves arent bad, it’s the people they hire that make the experience so unpleasant.
