It's a shame. I was really looking forward to getting my hearing corrected. I waited over to weeks to get a Saturday appointment. The store opens a 9:00AM, I was asked to get there 10 min early so I did. No one was there, I waited and waited and waited. I finally gave up at 9:20 after waiting 30 min. They never showed up to open the store. We had been communicating for many days prior to the appointment and I even confirmed it several times. I guess Miracle Ear doesn't really care about its customers.

I have never actually used this store, but I get constant mailers for my dead grandmother from them. It's kind of weird since she lived in Florida and never lived at my address. I have called them multiple times to get my grandmother removed from their mailers and they always say it will be taken care of but never actually is. I got another one today. Thanks for the regular reminder that my grandmother passed guys!

i got my hearing aid at this location before. It cost me around $7000, which I only used less than a year because it was simply not good. I now use Jabra from Costco which only costs $1600 for a pair with 180 day return policy and free lifetime supplies. It’s identical to Resound Omnia and works much much better.

I took my grandpa here and they really helped him out with all his ear needs he can now hear everything I say to him! Tiffani was so pleasant when we first came in she really got us situated.

George and his assistant Heather both have remarkable customer service skills. I would certainly refer anybody looking for hearing aids to George @ the Westminster Maryland location. He was more than helpful trying to fit me with hearing aids that would work with my severe hearing loss.
