Katrina is great with my 85 yr old mother. Who has profound hearing loss since a teenager due to mastoiditis and restructuring of her ear. Katrina is patient and kind and whatever problems occurs she gladly will work my mom into her schedule. We are very lucky in Dickson Tn to have an onsite office for our hard of hearing population as they have difficulty driving to Nashville or navigating online web visits.
John at the E Stone Drive location in Kingsport, TN was WONDERFUL with my 88 year old mother today. He went way above and beyond getting her hearing aids functional again like new ones. My mom and I are very thankful!
Always amazing!!!!!
Morgan, at the Dickson location, is just wonderful!! She helped my father with the utmost respect and professionalism. Would recommend this staff and the services they provide very highly!!
Left ear not working again! This is Robert Payne
This is Robert Payne I have had the hearing aids for a while now but I’m very disappointed in them they keep quite working on me all the time had receivers replaced at least five times tried to return them but they talked me into keeping them very tired of them very disappointed!!! I know they are under warranty but shouldn’t have to keep going back to have them worked on would not recommend them to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
