I had an appt, there was a person being called back for their appt. as I came in. I sat there never being acknowledged and another person walked in and the audiologist acknowledged that person immediately but didn’t even say anything to me. She finished with the person that was before me and once again acknowledged the person that came in after me. My appt time came and went and the person after me was called back by the audiologist and I was still never acknowledged as being there. Being ignored is a very upsetting and will be a hurtful thing for me for a while.

don't bother making an appointment online, doesn't work. when we arrived the receptionist didn't have our appointment and suggested we arrived on the wrong day. our email confirmation confirmed we were correct. she insisted we make another appointment, which my mother declined, she will never go back. my 88 year old mom just wanted some help adjusting her hearing aid but the receptionist flatly refused, said it would take an hour to reprogram. After we got home, i looked at the one hearing aid giving her trouble and after a little research online had it working fine. maybe its just the cool springs branch but not impressed. Definitely no miracle.
