List of Eosis Twin Town's Reviews
Terrible treatment by staff. Techs were great, nurses were great, counselors and director were immensely unprofessional. Passive aggressive, rude, spoke openly about clients where it could be overheard, mocked me to my face. I was an elected peer leader there out of the entire group and they would refuse to meet with me which went against policy. Others I’ve met have had similar experiences.
This place saved my husband's life and I'm forever grateful to the people who run it thank you
I can tell u that this place Is the most comfortable place I have ever been to the staff are awesome and have been in are shoes so it makes it a lot easier and the fellowship is strong good job to everyone for opening my life up to a new beginning
I learned more about myself at the shore than I have in my last 4 inpatient treatments. The combination of drug and alcohol treatment with mental health treatment was very helpful. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a great n new experience with treatment. They treated us like adults. The location is perfect and the staff is by far some of the best, kind, caring, and respectful I've been around. Huge thank you to this place.
Trisha was a great leader/director. She did everything she could to help. Alex was an amazing counselor. He helped me every step of the way and listened to my exact needs to get sober. He really cared and wanted to see me succeed. Deb and Tonya set you up with everything you need financialy and get you on the right path to living sober. The nurse station was ran very well. You always had access to meds. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Amberly was terrific. The food was great. Mike is a great chef and he really cares about feeding us and puts love into every meal he makes. Overall I thought this place was amazing and everything I needed to start my journey into sobriety. Thank you Lake Shore.
Staff is awesome. Only had problems with the kitchen lady micromanaging portions. Great grouo of guys until my last week then the weirdos started coming.
Great staff enjoyable from the very beginning Kim was the tech who picked me up then I meant the other staff Matt and Andrea issa just to name a few. I didn't really see eye to eye with my counselor, but that was okay in the end I wasn't there to make friends I was there to turn my life around finally. The only other treatment facility that I like better than this was cedar ridge which is in the meridian family of recovery centers. All in all I just want to thank the staff for being patient with me cuz I know I was a handful so thanks once again to the Lakeshore staff.
My name is Daniel Walker. I came to the shore a broken man. I left the shore a better man. The staff were kind, considerate, and most attentive. I can hardly name them all. Andrea was the administrator, busy, yet was always available for everyone. No issue was too small for her. Thank you, Andrea. Kim, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism. She’s, is worthy of an atta girl. Such a lady and a true pro. Essa the night tech is a gem. Great people should emulate him. Thanks lake shore. Daniel
This place definitely helped save my life. I was here a couple years back and have been sober since leaving. I want to give a huge thank you to whole staff here.
Was there twice. My first time didn't take, because I didn't take it seriously enough. I just went through the motions. The second time, I vowed to stay as long as I needed to make sure I understood myself better. And they truly helped in that regard. Although, I do hope they got rid of one specic therapist... He knows who he is...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
