I graduated treatment last December from latitudes & had been there once prior. When I came back a lot of the staff still knew me by name despite all the folks who come in and out. Just a cool, unique vibe latitudes has. They have a few really good people working there, & I sometimes wish I were still back in treatment there even though the noise levels can be a bit much for me personally. I recommend highly and miss the staff I got close to that were just really kind, understanding, supportive, and just down to earth treating me as an equal. We do recover!

This placed saved my life. In just 30 days I made so much progress, It's a very tight-knit and welcoming community. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the clients. Overall, the whole environment is positive, keeps you engaged & inspires you to better yourself. Special shoutout to Isabel <3 - Cam (ps im on google maps posing by the tree lol)

I was here Dec 2020- March 2021. I wasn't easy to deal with, but they always treated me with respect, kindness and they cared about our recovery. Hopefully the last place I'll be a client😸

It would be of considerable help if you have a loved one at Latitudes in St. Paul, like I did if SOMEONE or ANYONE would actually answer a phone on-site or either AT LEAST check the GENERAL MAILBOX. It was my experience that the phone constantly goes to voicemail w1 hether during business hours or after hours, however, their website says they're open 24 hours a day. I would assume that 'he facility, if nothing else, could at least receive a call if you have a loved one that you need to get in touch with for a possible emergency. I would never recommend this place to anyone just based on the fact that you cannot get in touch with even an employee at ANYTIME of the day let alone getting even a message to a loveded one.

I can't say enough good things about it. Staff care and as long as you follow their rules and treat staff as you would want to be treated, you will get help. I did have to leave early because of family issues back home but they were understanding and wished me well. Many thanks to them and the director for offering me a chances. 🇬🇧

Well it certainly isn’t perfect, but what treatment center is going to be. The staff there is so friendly and they will help you if you let them. They really do care about their patients and I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a LGBT treatment center
