if it wasn't for this program and the staff I wouldn't have made it this far in my life and my sobriety. thank you

These people are the only ones to ever support me in sobriety and be there for me in my entire life. If the concrete jungle had support everywhere like you guys give this country would be a way better place.

I had a terrible experience at ceder ridge where do I start for one they made me miss court 3 times witch lead to me getting 3 warrants. They continued to promise to call the courts and make it right and they never did my po asked for discharge summery never came thetreatment director jen is highly incompetent and a lier. Other and that's not it lol staff took my Samsung smart watch worth 400 and what do you know they can't find my watch that was in staffs position promised to pay for it and have been ignoring my calls and messages for weeks now

CEDAR RIDGE is an essential reason in my return to recovery. Staff; welcoming, skilled, and confident; crucially needed in spite of the COVID pandemic during my brief time there. Unfortunately afflicted with an onset of sudden mental health symptoms, unidentified at the time; they're compassion for humanitiy, spiritual development, and supportive guidance in all areas of human bankruptcy was simply, uncompromising. If you’re in need of a hard reset to get sober, this place is as good as any. You have to want it, though. Bring only what you need and what you can fit in a locker as far as snacks go and valuables. Ask for a locker and a lock immediately as both dorms have lockers. Get a deck of cards, get to the tv rooms early during free time, and make sure you eat your meals to keep your strength up. Be honest in regards to how you feel so you can get on the right meds. Take your meds consistently.

They will not address any medical concern's here and have refused to take me to a hospital, staff and counselor's are rude disrespectful and just lazy they do not give out meds on time and will not answer questions about treatment I will be contacting lawyer's for not having adequate medical care which has caused me a lifetime of serious complications

I’ve been to 3 different treatments and 2 halfway houses. I’ve been to jail 9 times. This was the WORST treatment I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to Douglas Place which has a terrible reputation. Not only did this place have rude staff but my councilor was a rude b****. When I graduated she even told me that I barely graduated this program and began chewing me out. This was on my graduation day mind you… nothing stood out to me about Cedar Ridge and I used right after I left because of the negative mindset that councilor left on me. I had a better time in Jail playing cards all day with some good people. Screw this place. I hope since 2019 they have gotten better but I wouldn’t bank on it…

Do not consider this facility for you or your loved ones. This facility should be shut down. Local on site management is extraordinarily incompetent. They have had a recent death of a patient due to complete incompetence and disregard for the well being of patients.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY!! THE STAFF IS RUDE & IGNORANT!!!! THEY PUT MY SON OUT IN THE COLD & REFUSED TO TALK TO ME AFTER I TOLD THEM I HAVE S RELEASE OF INFORMATION ON FILE! THIS FACILITY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!

Was a great experience over all. The dorms were somewhat dated and the staff was amazing but overworked even the director was working doubles as support staff at night. Food was great. Thank you Luz! But like anyplace Its all about your attitude and if you have a desperate desire to stay sober!
