They sent my labwork to a lab that was out of network for my insurance without my consent and without letting me know ahead of time. This resulted in a medical bill for hundreds of dollars for me. I tried calling and they gave me a phone number to contact that was out of service. They then said that was the only phone number they had and to email the medical office manager. Did that and they never answered me. It’s impossible to get in touch with them and get help from them. Edit from 1 star to 2. Once I posted a negative review I was reached out to and the issue was solved very quickly so no complaints there. Nino, the office manager, was super fast and helpful in resolving my issue.

One of the best GYN experience. Dr. R Syed.A very informative compassionate Dr. who really cares about her patients. As a senior i felt comfortable and not like i didn't matter. Dr. Syed shows empathy with each of her patients. Being able to be seen on a Saturday is awesome.

I have had multiple negative experiences here. I once had my doctor looking up answers on Chat GPT to my symptoms, while I was in the room. Another time, I waited an hour to get seen.

Loved this clinic and everyone there, the people I saw in the front desk were very sweet and helpful and helped me get appointments quickly. Jessica Orchier NP (for primary care) and Inga Melnikova DNP (for urology) were both excellent, very friendly, and informative! I’m happy to have found my new medical center.

One of the worst places: you arrive at the scheduled time, yet you are forced to wait an hour or two to see the doctor, as there is absolutely no respect for appointment times.

I’m at patient at this location for over 13 years I never had any issues since all my doctors is here recently I encountered a problem with one of the staff that works for one of the dentist I don’t remember his name but he’s a young dentist very nice like every doctor at this location… my appointment was at 2 0 clock when I get there was 1:45 the Russian lady that work for the dentist was very nasty I was told I have to call my insurance company I’ve never had to do this before.. we get into an argument and her supervisor had to jump in and help me … there was a few other patients that was telling me she did the same to them also .. she’s really giving this office a bad reputation.. I eventually get a chance to see the dentist he had a look at my tooth and he give me a paper to give to her to submit to the insurance company because I had to get some dental work done … I called back 2 weeks later and my paperwork was never submitted I was told to call back in a week because the guy that supposed to submit my paperwork wasn’t there I called back and was told it was submitted I called the insurance company 3 weeks later and they said they never received it.. I called back the doctors office and they told me the guy is not there so I have to wait I’ve never had this issue before can someone please look into to my issue and resolve my problem asap thank you
