I had an appointment scheduled at this clinic, and I ended up waiting an entire hour without being seen. I eventually had to leave because, like everyone else, I have other responsibilities and places to be. I may have had to leave work early just to make it to this appointment, so having my time treated this way is extremely frustrating. After I had already been waiting for about 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist about the delay. The guy at the front desk told me that I was “next.” That turned out to be completely untrue. I waited another 30 minutes after that, and still no one called me. If there was a significant delay, they could have simply been honest and told me how long I should expect to wait. Instead, I was given false information just to avoid explaining the situation. What made it even more frustrating was that I was not the only patient complaining about the wait. This clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. Patients’ time matters. If the clinic is running an hour behind, people deserve to be informed instead of being told they are “next” when they are not. Very disappointing experience.

Nurse Svetlana is amazing! Getting bloodwork is always an adventure for me… But she always makes me laugh and has the ammonia ready just in case 😂 with her I survive every time!

My first visit with Dr. Yulia Vinokurova went absolutely wonderfully! The wait time was minimal (about 15 minutes). Svetlana, the nursing assistant, was very attentive and professional. The appointment time was used most productively. I was very pleased with the genuine attention and engagement regarding the questions I asked during the visit. I would like to thank the management for the opportunity to receive high-quality care at the Century Medical and Dental Center.

Had an excellent experience with the FNP Terri Ann Reid. She was professional, compassionate, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated the respectful and caring approach.
