Motion Sports Medicine's Online Review Report Card

My therapists are very knowledgeable about their profession. They’re respectful and patient with their patients. I’m speaking for myself of course. They know what they’re doing and their expertise and exercises helps with what I’m being treated for.

MOTION Sports Medicine is fantastic! There aren't enough positive things I could say to thank them for how much they helped my mother, who was suffering from vertigo. Thanks to Bart, she is back to herself again after having significant balance and mobility issues.

This place is AMAZING. My therapist, (Pryanka), besides being SO knowledgeable, kind, caring and in tuned with my needs is also just a lovely person with a great disposition. Pryanka was always upbeat and even keeled. She emits great energy which was apparent immediately. She knew exactly how far to push me during therapy and always sent me home with ‘homework’, which consisted of printed out pictures of the exercises I needed to do along with the printed instructions of how to do them. She also included hand written notes along side to explain things even more and she herself drew diagrams and pictures along side the printed ones along with her own written notes. This Motion, in Franklin Square, also, works with one client at a time. So you are getting COMPLETE attention, and no one is juggling multiple clients! No double booking! IMHO, this shows a true commitment to helping their clients achieve the best outcome due to this individualized attention. The staff is also so lovely. Toni, the receptionist, is so sweet. Always trying to accommodate everyone’s schedule, she’s organized and so efficient. The other staff members, although I do not know their names, (sorry everyone that I didn’t make more of an effort to know your names), always greeted me with a warm countenance and were also lovely. Now for the icing on the cake, (if everything I’ve said so far isn’t enough), this place is SO clean!!!! After anyone touches any of the equipment, it’s wiped down with a disinfectant. It is such a pleasure going to a place that is so clean, dust free and sanitized. I really cannot say enough good about this place. BTW, I travel 30 minutes each way to come to THIS Motion in Franklin Square.

Zack has been an amazing and friendly physical therapist! The staff members have also been extremely helpful and sweet

I cannot get an appointment. Either I leave a message and I receive no call back. Or Motions will suggest text but then no response. I am guessing they are understaffed. I would love to receive all the wonderful things I heard about the facility...but to no avail.

Giving a shoutout to Cherry for her kindness and empathetic approach while interacting with me during my visit. I also want to make mention of the wonderful level of attentiveness, she demonstrated while interacting with other clients and staff members. Motion PT Group is fortunate to have her as an employee.

Like the moment I walk in the front desk the receptionist are always on a good mood to attend to me. That is the same about my therapist he’s very nice and caring

Alex,Very professional, knowledgeable experienced,skilled front desk staff, She explained all my insurance questions, as well as my co payments helped me with my paperworks, Keira twist , experienced physical therapist , good listener, walked me through with the physical issues with excellent therapy work outs The place is very clean, hygiene, I would recommend this motion physical therapy,to anyone that l know,to my family and friends .😁

Fantastic PT clinic. Large and clean waiting room. Clean gym. The staff and therapists are also all very friendly and accommodating! I visited for pelvic floor PT, had 6 sessions over the course of two months. Sherrie was an absolute godsend and I loved working with her!
