By far the worst I’ve ever seen . I go in for a consultation for birth control . I want the Nexplanon . I scheduled the procedure for the insert and the day of I get a call stating that the doctor doesn’t do the insertion. This is not my first time using this birth control so I know always to ask if they are trained to insert/take it out . The receptionist says yes the nurses says yes. So why am I being rescheduled for another date . Beyond inconvenient and irresponsable of the coordination. Last min at that . Do better NYU

I have been here 3 years in a row for a mammogram/breast utrasound and it is hands down the worst experience I have had at a diagnostic facility. They have scared the living daylights out of me & kept me there for HOURS every single time, without any further imaging or a biopsy being ordered. Acting like the. radiologists where expert diagnosticians. Please, felt like a a piece of cattle in a mill trying to charge as much as possible to insurance companies. I am going to go elsewhere next year to compare my experience & see how it goes. I get it that early detection is important, but scaring people & holding them hostage for hours, perhaps needlessly is not good.

The Friday after Thanksgiving 2024 I had an am appointment for a brain MRI at this facility. I never enjoyed MRI's. I was anxious about this one. The staff greeted me well, not a long wait. The staff inside were kind, road mapped clearly. The MRI procedure for the brain was smooth! They provided a helmet of sorts with an attached mirror. The mirror reflected the spaciousness of the room. So I didn't feel claustrophobic. They provided earplugs and headphones pumping in music of your choice. A blanket even! The fifteen minutes went fast. No anxiety which is usually what happens with most MRI'S for me. This was the most pleasant MRI's ever. Thank you NYU Langone.

This is my first pregnancy and I have been coming here since the very beginning of pregnancy. All the staff is very nice. Often the appointments are very short, but maybe because I am not a high risk. Scheduling team are sweethearts, always very accommodating. I would definitely come back here for my next pregnancy.

This is the worst place of NYU hospital because never they attend me maybe because I am Hispanic person. I recommend any place for NYU, but this place is the worst. I will never be there again, only made me lose my time.

I had a wonderful experience @ this location. Everyone @ NYU was polite and professional. I absolutely feel comfortable with the recommended treatment they are advising. My belief and confident with NYU for years has always been with me thru my years. I go to them for their expertise for the sake of my health. Some of these bad comments made I think it's unfair and unjust. Hug a teddy bear if you need to coddle. I STAND ON NYU!!! LOVE ❤️ NYU!!

Patient care was not a priority, and they were not at all accommodating. Overall the experience was beyond disappointing. I would not recommend the doctor or the facility to anyone.

This facility operates like a well oiled machine and further more they are kind and compassionate. I had 5 exams scheduled this morning. When I checked in I was told one exam needed to be rescheduled because 2 techs performing this exam had called out sick. Another tech who was performing a different exam on me but trained in the one I needed to reschedule stepped up and offered to complete the exam for me so that I would not have to come back again. Lily Huang is a consummate professional and a kind and compassionate human. Thank you Lily and thank you NYU!!!
